fantastic place, ideal for combining health, well-being and tranquility. Prices per month are really affordable value for money. Very close to the sea 15 minutes on foot.

Decent place, nothing fancy but has two pool(ground level and rooftop) and a gym. Appartment itself is a bit worn out, but not too bad for the price. Bathroom smelled a tad during the night for some reason, invest in a air freshener if you'll be there for a while. Biggest issue I had was the mail delivery, the postman couldn't find the condo twice, had to drive to the post office to pick up the package.
Beach is 15 min walking distance, 5 min to a small market with fresh veggies and meat.

There is good price place and cosy. Particularly roof top big swimming pool is good also you can see sky in night time.

It is OK. History of crossover from builder Heights Holding and Juristic company was a little disarrayed. Construction quality is mixed as well. Been around Thailand for a while and have experienced better and worse.
