Nice services and atmosphere but we didn’t enjoy the food at all, my pasta came cold and no taste.

Another new restaurant in Pattaya so i need to dine here! ????????????????????

On the 32nd floor (rooftop) of Grand Centre Point Space Pattaya. It just opened 1 August 2022.
Amazing bird's eye view of Pattaya and the gulf. The crew of the restaurant were very kind and it's understandable as they were all busy and on it's initial week with a lot of customers so it was taking long to give me a menu, get my order and be served. ????????????
All in all, food was okay and reasonable ???? , was thinking it would be expensive for the location.
When i was asking for my bill, the lady whom i thought was a waitress, told me my meal was complimentary for keeping me waiting (like an hour++ haha).
Wow! What a reward for being patient and understanding! ????????

Always dress up with a big smile for everyone! Though I was only wearing cargo pants,fitted long sleeves shirt, cap and my Naruto hi-cut rubber shoes. Yo! ????????????️????

My partner and I had dinner at the rooftop restaurant. I called at 4pm to make the reservation. It took a long time to call them as no one was answering the phone. I made the reservation for 2 at 7pm. When we arrived they said we had no booking. They say they don’t take bookings. They agreed to give us a table, reluctantly.
Service was really poor. Not like anything I had in Thailand before.
Poor menu.
Low quality food for such an expensive establishment. The worst pasta dish I have ever eaten.
View is amazing and decor of the hotel and restaurant was stunning.
Overall a poor experience. Go fo the view and hotel. Eat somewhere better.

For a restaurant that is aiming to be a special experience for families(themed waterpark and attached hotel) I find is baffling that the smoking area would be within a meter of all outdoor tables where families and children are enjoying their meals. Sadly many choices on the menu were missing. Also no small appetizers as people wait for their orders. Hopefully these are simply teething issues as the hotel and restaurant is still very new.
All this being said, the staff was very friendly. The food good and unlike some reviews I read arrived in a timely manner. Nothing to comment. Enjoyed our meal.

It took 30 minutes to get a small salad and a dry tuna sushi. The drinks arrived AFTER the food and we had to ask 4 times for it. Also they have no alcohol. So if you want bad food at very high price, this is the place to be. Really sad cause the views are amazing. I just wish they hire a real chef to run the kitchen and train the staff.
