Location perfect for us Terminal 21 and transport links on your doorstep,
Rooms are ok but the bed is hard, my wife liked it I did not.

Amazing pool!! It's gigantic with jacuzzi beds, jacuzzi seating, central water feature and children's area. Water is crystal clear, deep and has a comfortable temperature. Down side is that it has lots of fallen foliage floating in the water. The area around the pool also is messy with more foliage. Would like to point out that the tree's surrounding the pool are called Homicide/Suicide tree's and the nut inside the fruits is one of the most dangerous poisons in the plant world. Please avoid!
Pool rules state no saving sunbeds and that items are removed after 30 mins of non use. Unfortunately no one implements the rules and beds are coveted before the pool is even officially open.
The hotel room was large, good size fridge, lots of storage, good, well lit mirror. Large bed but unfortunately rock hard. Small bathroom but did have bath plus shower. Cute balcony and discreet patio doors with black out glass. The whole place is dated and would benefit from a deep clean and decorative maintenance. Still a good hotel at a reasonable price.

We were treated well by all employees. Buffett breakfast was superb. The rainfall shower was a great addition. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and always smiling. The best part of the booking was a great internet connection for free. The pool is amazing. The llocationis good and convenient.

The location of the hotel is good. Breakfast buffet has a good selection. A few blocks away there were ***y restaurants to shops to walk to. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms. The king-sized bed in my room was comfortable. Big swimming pool. Difficult to get the waiters attention.

Lek Villa (Hotel) is a good place to stay in Pattaya.
The rooms are quite spacious. Good sized balconies with a couple of chairs and a table. The bathroom could be a little bigger, preferably with a walk-in shower. The shower in my bathroom was over the bath.
The only meal that is served here is breakfast. It's a big buffet style affair with much variety. Thought mainly Thai, which been in Thailand you would expect. Personally I'm of English origen and it doesn't suit me too well. I'm not partial to curried fish for my breakfast. A little bacon wouldn't have gone a miss.
The rooms lack safes, however there are some behind the reception that are free. There is a refundable deposit of 2000 baht for the key.
The pool is spectacular in looks and proportion. Look at my pictures and you will see what I mean. On my next to last morning of my stay at the hotel I was on my balcony at 7.30am contemplating having a swim I looked down at the pool and on the far side was a large rat. The rat jumped into the pool and swam across. I didn't bother with the pool after that!
The hotel lacks a bar. I don't suppose that matters too much as there are plenty within a few minutes walk. It's there loss.
The hotel is situated in a very good position, close to the main road. Here you can catch a "baht bus" down to the beach, only 10 baht.
The staff on the whole aren't too bad with a couple of exceptions on reception.
If you want to take the local girls (or whatever your preference) then you have to register them at reception with their I.D. card. This is for your benefit to ensure that they don't steal from you!
While I remember there were a couple of small lizards that seemed to live in my room, this is a good thing they eat the mosquitoes thus keeping them away from me! Photo included!
The hotel even ordered me a taxi back Bangkok airport for only 1200 baht. Not bad really since I paid the airport taxi 2700 (at least Dick Turpin wore a mask?)

All the hotel was extremely clean. Apartment is well-stocked amenities and appliances. We got a great price for the room. Location was excellent with a 10 minute walk to the main beach on Beach Road. The place is near faultless from the moment you arrive to the time you leave.
