A pretty middle of the road bar that we used whilst in Pattaya, but I'll give it 4 as when we passed, the lady there, opened up the bar properly and prepared tables and chairs for us.

That's how to get in passing trade.

don't bother staff went thru my sons wallet, and charged him 920 THB in the morning for drinks he never had, there's no way he could of drank any of that on the bill, I paid the 'bill' in full next morning and we left,, there's better SAFER an cheaper places in Pattaya to stay, do your homework, an look around, Barracuda isnt a plesent place to stay

Good bar, owned by an Englishman. Sadly, they stopped their food but the bar remains good. Friendly staff.
