No lift in the hotel. You need use stairs to go to the floors.
Rude receptionist. Hotel smells bad. Don’t waste your money here!

If you book the hotel, but you accidentally check in on the serviced apartments area at the back, they will give you a serviced apartment and not a hotel room. Additionally, the serviced apartment area has a problem with mosquitos. After discovering what they had done, they refused to move me. Furthermore, even in the hotel section, towels were not provided at the pool.

Family with one kid, spent a good time.
Location is great and out of noise of beach road or center pattaya. This area is more suitable for families. Good value for the room and a spacious bed. Pool was good as well and clean. The breakfast is fantastic with a lot of choice. Will come again ;)

Had an amazing time during our stay! Definitely value for money! Its location is very convenient. Only takes about 5 mins ride on Tuktuk to attractions along the Beach Road. The staff are very friendly and helpful when we have questions about transportation. We were very excited every morning for its high quality breakfast buffet with a wide range of food choices. The pool was really nice as well with poolside bar. Perfect for tanning especially in the morning.

Excellent location, 300 meters away from terminal 21 shopping center. Despite being in the city, its really quiet at night too. The buffet breakfast is awesome! Lots of tasty choices! Would definitely come back again

Nice place go stay. Was rather value for money . Away from the noise of the city. The pools are nice for tanning. Staff are also friendly. Breakfast was good. Had a wide selection.

A tip is dont call for a taxi via the hotel. They charge u extra. Just walk out the hotel and u can easily find a cab
