Very good experience staying here recently. The staff were very respectful and showed great hospitality. Located in a relatively good area. I have no complaints about this hotel. (Also on the plus side, there was a really cute hotel receptionist that worked the nights. She always gave me positive vibes and wished me luck every time I went out at night)

Here are some of the things i'd like to point out why I gave them 4 stars:
✔️Good service - the people are so nice. They clean the room everyday.
✔️English speaking receptionist - this is a must, here in Vietnam
✔️Towels for each guest
✔️2 pillows for each guest
✔️Toiletries - they have soap and shampoo dispenser
✔️Working bidet - I think this is a must in all the toilets in Indochina region
✔️Hot or cold shower
✔️Fast and free wifi
✔️Good location 10 minutes walk to the beach. 3 minutes walk to bus stop
✔️Late check in accepted. We arrived at 12am
✔️Clean
✔️They do laundry service
✔️They do room service
✔️24 hour reception service
✔️Good people. The receptionists are nice. They always greet us whenever we walk past by them. They are always smiling and are very helpful.

The only downside here is they dont have elevator. It's hard for us since we always go out and our room is in the 5th floor.

Best hotel in price range, its located in central Pattaya. Good location, you can walk to the beach and other main attractions. You'll also get public transport pretty easily from this location. Breakfast has good number of choices, not much for vegetarians though. Overall a good place to say.

I stayed at this hotel because of the good reports on websites. The size of the room was good enough as I had taken a superior room. Walking street 10 mins or a 10baht bus journey. I guess rooms are ok not old as ***y person comment. The buffet breakfast is quite good.

Nd beach road centrally located for all directions. We booked double room with extrabed and felt comfortable with room space. I found all the staff are very friendly except the little plumb lady who seems to be the ***ager. For a budget hotel, it is worth the money you pay. You wont regret.

I like to visit Pattaya. And I try to do it as often as possible.
I know the city. This time I wanted to try this hotel.
I heard a lot of horror stories about the hotel, bad attitude from the staff, dirty rooms etc.
Well, when I visited the hotel - it was fine. Actually very fine. For this price you pay you can't expect something super, or luxury.
And i like it - when I travel I don't want to remember my room, I want to remember my experience. Here is summary of the hotel:

Not good:
- Well, let's be honest - it is not a luxury hotel and do not expect luxury.
- The breakfast was not very good (but You can't expect something special for this money you pay
- To be honest for the money I paid - I don't think I can complain about anything. Really.
- Many people are not happy, but me - I will go again and I will use this hotel

Good:
- The bed was good, the mattress was fine
- The staff is very friendly and helpful
- You get a very affordable breakfast
- The location - very close to everything.
- The air con was working. no complains at all
- Daily housekeeping/changing sheets
- Complementary water (even for this low rate price - good!)
- There is a free parking under the hotel and you can use it. for free!
- You can use a safe at the reception. For free.
