Older building. Clean everything worked well.. Great space. Right in the middle of night life. Close to beach. Good internet. Everything was awesome. If your good with night life and music into the night. As I am. I slept so well here. Great staff. Would highly recommend this space. Extra bonus if you like darts.

Very possibly the best 99 baht breakfast in Pattaya. But I like the omelette with it's 10 baht more.
Genial owner and very nice staff.
And the place is very comfortable to sit and have a coffee during the day

Rooms are cheap and have everything you need. Staff downstairs very nice and friendly. Location very good.
Booking and paying for my room was anything but straight forward and nobody seemed to know how much I had to pay.
Room didn't get cleaned. When I asked for clean towels although the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful it did seem to be a bit difficult. The cleaner was anything but friendly.

Room was dirty and in very rough condition, shower was hopeless. Good part is its very handy to everything in central Pattaya and the staff were great. Would I stay there again, probably.

Room was very small, No window to the street, quality of bedding stuff is not adequate, Staff is good, location quite good, neighborhood little noisy,

Call em direct to make a Reservation- the AGENCIES just make problems for EVERYONE
Room is large double bed/ ALL cable Channels/ Air Con/ CEILING FAN..why are waiting ?
