Nice, basic hotel. Was quiet clean. Very good location, my 6th floor room was quiet. Easy walk to ***y bars, restaurants and shopping. Bed was extremely comfortable. When you enter the room after being gone even just a few hours, expect the A/C to take awhile to get room cooler. Only real downside was staff- inconsistent in friendliness/helpfulness. My room had shower door that did not open properly. Once I got someone to the room to see the issue, they fixed in a few hours. Same with Internet, it kept dropping out, it took several tries to convince them that the Internet was really out, then they called IT and was fixed within the hour. Problem is they use some homegrown Wifi authentication system that is buggy, it dropped out often - so for business traveler, this could a problem. But would definitely consider the place a good value and would stay again if I dont need to have guaranteed Internet.

Rooms clean and spacious. Good light if you get a balcony room. Newer hotel that looks better than other run-down places.
Very good location.

Negatives:
Wifi is slow. Don't expect to do any teleconferencing. (3-4 Mbps down and u003c 1Mbps up)
Sink leaks a little bit of water, which then gets on the floor.
Noise level average. Can't really be avoided in downtown Pattaya

First day, i was worried about safety because it was too silence, but unexpectedly it was very secured and safety place!! Staffs were so helpful and friendly, even check-in u0026out was simple.
Hotel is located in small alley between 7 eleven and family mart as good as convenience u0026 accessible to everywhere.

Location is good, central Pattaya, soi honey.
The check in is effortless, staff friendly. The room is clean and spacious with balcony. The bathroom has excellent pressure with the shower and the water is hot. All the normal things you can expect from a room.. Although my wall has a large crack in it

Found this hotel by chance, after staying in pattaya for many years i returned for visit and decided to take a chance on a new hotel i hadn't even noticed. WHAT A FANTASTIC HOTEL! Not expensive at all, cheaper than most in its range in the area and superior in every sense to the hotels id been staying in around Bangkok for the week previous. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms BIG clean and modern and the location was a stone throw from major shopping malls and the Pattaya Dive Center which I was visiting. Perfect.. I will Be back.

Rude staff, always interrupt both in phone calls and direct conversation. Didn't even say hello when we came. Balcony door can't lock properly so we had to call the staff to fix it. It made us feel unsafe. And the attitude of staff made us feel unwelcome. Very basic room. The only thing good about it is they let us leave our bag with them and let us hang around the lobby.

Good location in Soi Honey. It's probably a good idea to take a room away from noisy road, my was quite in the back. Spartanic, no laundry, no style elements or harmonic lightning. But if you choose you will probably not stay the whole day in the room. No smoking, except you have a room with a balcony to go there. Not expensive, staff friendly and quick. Laundrys a few meters away. Pool not tested.
