Nice hotel to stay. The rooms are spacious and the view from room is good. Can spend the whole day in amusement park or water park or visit the beach. The Buffet Breakfast is also fine. They provide International food.
You have to buy separate tickets for amusement park, water park and Observation tower.
Overall its a good deal to spend time with kids in this hotel.

Stayed here for a night, we loved it so we extend for another night. For a detailed review you can visit my YOUTUBE CHANNEL: RON TRAVELS AND COVERS PATTAYA PARK BEACH RESORT. We booked the seaview room and it was fantastic. You can see the sea during the day and see the beautiful city lights during nighttime. Not to mention 7-11 is just a walking distance too.

The hotel is located just 4 KM away from pattaya walking street and The hotel is quite but we found it clean. Full range or breakfast. There was some rides to play and a water park which is very good for children. We just crossed a small road to get to the sea and there is small street which you can do the evening walk and it was soo awesome

Nice Park. Affordable pricing.
Can Stay all day there or go to the beach and come back.
Nice good Station.
Drinks as Water or Coke little bit pricy.
Sometimes Not cold ☹️
Tip for Management: give Out free ICE when bottles are Not cold. ????

Clean place,good atmosphere in the retro bungalo. I recall the old time. It's good for the children about the fun park and the water park.

One of my favorite place for my morning walk. Start Pattaya Park Beach Resort, then Dongton Beach and finish at Jomtien Beach. Nice and cool/lite wind with nice ocean view and relaxing:-)
