Beautiful Hotel, build in a nice way, this is the place for relaxing. The Beach is also very nice in this area. Very friendly and helpful staff. They are still not 100% open, that means there is no kitchen open or Drinks possible from the Hotel. This is for me fully understandable for the 2 years of log down. The staff will help you with ordering food or drinks. The maintenance was all the time working so that everything is clean from the rooms to the pool and the surrounding.
The Beach front Rooms are very nice with a perfect view.
Walk on the Beach to the Phra Tam Nak 5 road there are small restaurants, bars (Western- and Thai food) as Massage places (about 10min. Walk).
Value for Money is good. I hope they keep it in the future like this, when all will be open again.

Amenities closed. Beautiful pool and pool area closes early evening, exactly when you want to use it.

Pool and public areas are lit by floodlight at night, which is what you use in 711 parking lots, not at resorts. Ironically, the parking lot area is more nicely lit than the pool.

Nice hotel in Pattaya Khao Pratumnak area. Very good facilities and located in wonderful location. Visited last weekend after long holiday - business seems very slow not many guests check-in. Services are good. Breakfast is quote limited but understandable due to not may guests but foods are good and meeting standard. Will certainly come back in future.

We stayed 6 nights in this hotel. I cannot really recommend this hotel. First of all most services in hotel is closed. Ok it is COVID time now and only few customers stayed same time with us. Breakfast was not good. Not plenty of choices. not even real coffee available. Just instant coffee. Gym was open but most of equipments was not in use and water leaking in floor. Nobody care to clean little worms and cockroaches in gyms floor. Pool Area was nice but quite dirty as well. Looks like this hotel best times has passed long time ago. No restaurant or cafe open in this hotel. Ok nearby in the beach have some. It is far from 4 star hotel. Unfortunately first and last stay in this hotel.

We had the whole huge hotel to our family. Literally!
Everybody was kind and friendly. All of the staff's attention was pointed at us.
The downside was that we had to order breakfast, instead of a buffet. This is understandable though, as it would be unwise to maintain a buffet for 8 people (4 kids)

This hotel, like any others; hard hit by Covid but manage to stay alive and recovered, room is still very nice though fitness room should be maintain
Breakfast buffet still very good... in all impressed by services of staff and accomodation

Great stay after COVID period. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Great rooms and super staff. Good job. Just pitty the restaurant/cafe at beachroad was closed. But good options around the corner.
