For the price, there are better choices. Older hotel with some much needed updating going on on several floors. Bed was miserable, got little sleep. Breakfast was lacking. Room we stayed in had holes in the walls, no coffee or tea, furniture in disrepair. Wouldn't recommend. Many other options in the area.

I gave this 2 stars just because of its location. Room is below average at best, although it's big but not really clean. Also service was awful, we booked in their own website but when we got there, they seem to "lost" our reservation and had to wait more than an hour to get our room! The reception staff was not friendly and they didn't even apologize for letting us wait or that they "lost" our reservation, that was made on their own website!

Overall, location is great, but just don't expect nice accommodation from staff.

The room was not up to the mark compared to the price. In our room shower was not working, there was not any functioning sockets. We called room service and told them about the problems, they somehow managed an alternate way to bath but told us socket repair was not possible for that night, we had to wait till next day, but our booking was only for one night! Moreover, the attitude of some staffs also below to the mark. Although the hotel is located just beside of beach, I would not recommend it.

Checked in at about 21:00. Room was dirty, it had some strange smell, there was toilet paper under the sheets, that means you know what . . Someone had sex in that bed and they ( the staff) could not be bothered to clean neither do an inspection before handing the key card to me. I went to reception to complain, they sent someone up to check, the guy told me to wait. 15 minutes later, I went down to reception again and they, the receptionist and the guy that was suppose to attend to my complaint, were both busy doing nothing. The guy that was supposed to attend to my request, was on his mobile watching some show. The water in the bath was not being drained, the internet was damn slow, 3 days later and the speed is still PATHETIC, downloading at 2Mbts, the aircon was not working properly, the phone didn't work, the TV didn't work, . . . lol, welcome to Pattaya Centre Hotel. So, readers, if you are looking for a hotel, don't be fooled by the photos you see on the web. If you still want to book for this hotel, when checking in, insist on seeing the room first. After the incident, they gave me a better room. Everything works, internet is still PATHETIC. I brought it to their attention again to no avail. Nice location, nice view, nice breakfast, unfriendly staff, the cleaning of the room is terrible as well, they don't dust neither wash the floor.

Horrible experience, avoid at all costs!!! Rooms need attention and manager is extremely rude and unwilling to address. Do not stay here, im warning you! The front desk girls are friendly, but the manager on the other hand, he is a coward, and unfit for hospitality business.

An old hotel at PATTYA. It’s near to beach but premises is not attractive. Everything getting old. Staffs are not professional. Breakfast not up to the mark. Those who are habituated to stay in cozy places will be disappointed. Only advantage is it’s relatively cheaper.
