Certainly the best ramen in Pattaya, if not Thailand. The cheese balls and dessert menu are amazing, as well. They have Thai food, too, though we have never tried.
The balcony provides a great beach view during the afternoon and a good people-watching spot during the night.
The owner is a real professional and tries to make the restaurant feel like a legit Japanese place. This is perhaps the only restaurant in Thailand with a Japanese-style touchscreen ordering system. Yet somehow the prices are still reasonable (a glass of draft Asahi is the same price as a glass of draft Singha).
Five stars all around.
