Dishonest management
- Upon arrival, I saw on the bed someone's hair - not just a little but a lot - and blue marks all over the bed. I did not complain considering the price paid.
Yet one thing I cannot stand is when the management is dishonest and uses force. How could you hit a client? And why did you lie? The manager of this place said he would honor the same rate that was paid, yet he changed mind and tried to charge double. Because we had a deal the night before original check-out day, I went around the city from morning to night. Just to find out that the manager lied and his family was threatening like in a mafia fashion. The man with the bold head started hitting me. And the rest of his family did not stop that! This place should be reported to police.

Very bad experience for my weekend holiday. No TV, No towel and water leakage.

From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with a warm welcome. Surrounding good indian restaurants is there. We like the local food and found it easily outside the door. The room was nice. I expecting the advertised ocean view and Grand Deluxe Wing. Tasty food in restaurant. The room rate is fairly unbeatable for the product.

A good value for the money. The location was perfect for getting just about anywhere. The bathroom was of a small size. Do not have any elevator and very badly planed hotel. We have stayed the night in spider infested 99 baht per night rooms. Several dining options within walking distance.

The front desk clerk was very nice each time. Hotel is at a very good location. Our room had the stench of smoke all over the place from the last guest. The resturants are a little pricey. Elevators did not always work well. Carpeting in hallways of hotel in need of replacement.

Easily accessible to taxi from the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful at all times. Found the traffic outside the room was noisy, late at night,. Upon check in, our room was not ready. There were ***y brown water stains from the ceiling into the bath. Thank you very much from Oana and Andrea.
