Basic equipment in the rooms, but clean and well maintained. Do not expect more than a bed, a sofa and a table! No cozy feel but fine if you just want to spend a night or two. Staying there for a longer holiday would be a bit depressing. Overall decent hotel for a reasonable price. Sea view is a plus though the view is partially blocked by a building in front. Staff is nice and helpful.

Very nice spacious hotel about 2 mins walk from the beach with very nice and friendly staff. I had a seaview room on upper floor which had amazing view. The room was very large and comfortable with everything you need and good strong shower with always hot water. I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.

The hotel is taking bookings but there is absolutely no staff on hand to take care of guests. When I arrived at 3 pm the gate was closed and reception lobby locked. After contacting Agoda to inform them and cancel my reservation, a single guard showed up to open the door. I believe it is not safe for guests to stay under these conditions.

Surprisingly good, clean and convenient. Rooms are a little dated but they have updated their TVs and are kept very clean. Air conditioning works and the water pressure is good. Location makes it very easy to get down to Walking Street and their are many other bars within a short walk. Traffic can be a little crazy getting into south Pattaya in the evenings but once to the hotel you can relax.

Quiet and comfortable, well located. The TV is one of those ancient cathode ray TV's. Time to get flatscreens!

Just reopening and the place is very well kept.Our room was very clean and smells good ????
