Very nice hotel. Swimming pool is nice though not particularly large. Missing tiles in pool almost cut my foot. Those should be fixed. I was here with my son and he loved the pool. This is a family friendly hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Not to be tough on housekeeping, but other people's hair were visible on the tile bedroom floor.... that always bothers me a bit.

Excellent infinity type pool on 5th floor. Staff is extremely amiable. Great ambience at the reception. I took stay in superior room and the balcony view was quite splendid (beach visible). They have 1 mini water park as well on ground floor. Breakfast was decent. Room quality was fine, not great. Overall - 8/10

We ended up staying here due to a massive amount of issues with our first reservation elsewhere (That’s a separate post). So we booked the Mercure on the same day we wanted to check in during a very busy holiday weekend. The rate was not too bad and the check in staff were fantastic. The room was very nice and clean. All of the staff were always helpful and friendly…from the security guards to housekeeping to lobby staff and bell desk. The location is quite convenient to many attractions. I would definitely stay here again. What started as an absolute fiasco for a long weekend ended up being extremely enjoyable.

Elevators normally cannot even be sufficient enough to handle rush hour, but they decide to put a sign to use it 2 people at the time with no alternative way like the stairs. If you want to avoid standing in front of the elevators for a long time. Don't come here in high season. The rooms and pools were great though.

Outdated water park. Especially the pool floor tile break off, this is a hazard and a major accident waiting to happen with child.
Stay in suit room, cost us 12 an half thousand bath for two night. As it come with it own waterfall from a ceiling above in the middle of the night. Breakfast - under average or terrible, if the management need to cut cost on budget this is not the collect area. And please invest a fan in buffet dining area if you dont turn on AC. Room- cleaning need to improve on sanitizer u0026 wipe not fragrance spray to cover up, especially on fabric material. "Please fix the TV aerial reception.
Check in clerks - remind me of mortgage advisor.
If management do respond, please don't use the template that had been using to all guests " make some effort Lopes

High quality ocean resort property with reasonably priced ocean view rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Waterpark pool on the first floor is very welcoming to families, while a second pool on the 5th floor provides the opportunity of a more private and relaxing swim with your significant other. All staff were very kind and friendly the whole time we stayed there. I would like to especially thank Miew at the front desk who addressed our needs and who provided exceptional and outstanding service. I heartily recommend this property when visiting Pattaya.

The room is to small when compared with the price. Food is pretty expensive but everything in room looks new. If you want a privacy you shouldn’t come here on long holiday because there are lots of tourists from Thais and other countries visit here
