Well maintained rooms. Housekeeping staff was helpful and did there job well.
Breakfast was fine.
Pool water felt heavily chlorinated.
Hotel location was good, close to indian restaurants and pattaya beach.

The rooms are good but the pool contains more chlorine than water. My eyes started burning badly within seconds inside water.
I got city view room and the view was quite okay. Overall okay experience in pattaya.

Excellently located right across from the marina shopping center, so there are lots of food options nearby. A few minutes from the beach. The hotel is older, and showing signs of age, but the rooms are kept in good condition. I ended up getting a smoking room even though I didn't request one, which was fine as a smoker, but might be an issue for others. Staff was professional and helpful. Would stay there again.

Pros:
Room is clean
Location is near to Terminal 21 and right by the road
Breakfast is acceptable for a 3 star hotel
TV work well
Aircon works well with no odour unlike other old hotels
Cons:
Hotel staff unprofessional.
- Booked a room with breakfast included and was told no breakfast included, which was clarified when i requested them to check again.
- Gave a deposit of 500 baht during check in and had to remind them to return my deposit upon check out.
Toiletries minimal (only shower cap and earbuds) with Body wash not topped up.
- Room lights a little too dim

New it's IItalian Restaurant , very good restaurant. Plusz Plus tax and services charge. Pls give not more tip.

Nice location but average hotel and staff. Probably dedicated for adults who are not bothered about hospitality at all. Not suitable for family and kids

Nice hotel, rooms are very clean, good service and the price is ok. Close to big C and the beach. I can recommand this hotel to everyone!
