There are so many good things to say about the hotel and most of them are positive.
The staff is excellent! There was a foreign manager greeting customers doing an excellent job of communicating as it was a busy time to check in. They speak very good English and they are always happy to help.
The rooftop bar is also a good spot at night or in the morning. The view from there is amazing, big plus for the two swimming pools.
The breakfast buffet was OK, there is a vast choice of many different local and western dishes, cereals and crepes. It does taste good and the variety of choice will make you try everything ???? The only issue I had was the first two days I was sat in the A la Carte section which is the nicer area and then the final two days of my stay I was told I could not sit there which was rather confusing.
4/5 stars because the design of the room is somewhat weird. Don't expect to have any privacy in the toilet as the door has massive holes in it, no joke! My wife was rather uncomfortable about this feature. They tried to have this contemporary art design everywhere and it feels so weird for a hotel.
The shower is quite tiny, but the water pressure was great however it over ran the drain and water would flood out to the bathroom area. Rooms could have been smaller (extra useless space with a sofa in the room? I don't get it) to enlarge the bathroom with at least a decent bathtub. Check the photos on the website, you will understand by yourself :)
A very pleasant stay anyway for a very affordable price during Covid and I would probably stay there again.
