I stayed here through the coup 2014 dutch guy in charge sound guy very genuine
That's what I liked about this place was the generousity of the staff.
I felt comfortable safe and at ease at this hotel
One of the bar girls was an extra friend lol she was a nice women looked after me when I felt I'll,brought me to a hospital and assured I went.
She brought my clothes to the laundry daily she was a good women to have by your side and show you around I went to her flat with her I felt completely safe.
I use love Pattaya the music on the bars the smell,sun, cheap living,the women,and most of all the break away.
Unfortunately now it's way to dangerous I wouldn't feel safe there as I know the dangers also with COVID
If I was to recommend a nice cosy affordable with out watching your budget clean and friendly atmosphere,I would recommend this hotel by far easy.
Only reason I give it four is because I had ulcer pains most of my stay.
It was a tiny bit confusing the area but sure I was drunk most of the time so wat do I expect lol.
Still I can say is this the hotel is
Safe,friendly,fun, very welcoming, and kind staff who look out for their customers and join in in activities at the lounge or outside

This has to be the most shameful place I've seen in my entire life. The AC was not working in the room, I asked to be changed or fixed, 2 hours later I was still waiting for a repair man that did not show up. I believe none of the AC is working in this hotel and they know about it. The owner or manager was sitting around drinking beers while I argued with his staff for 2 hours. Occasionally he would ding a little bell which made his staff come and serve him a fresh beer, borderline treating his staff as servants. I asked for a refund and they argued in circles for hours, they should not be allowed to advertise AC rooms if they know they aren't working. There were several sex-workers coming and going from the property, this place seems to be more of a brothel than a hotel. The rooms also looked nothing like the photos on booking.com, to make it worse after I gave up and left the property they marked my reservation as a "No Show" which means they request to not have to pay booking.com commission but they did take my money. Total scammers, avoid this place at all costs.

Good shower, good TV, good air-con, the bed I would like to take home. Room cleaned every day, great bar fridge Staff very plessant and helpful. All at a reasonable price, it's my first stay but have no problem in recommending the Malee and I will come again.

I can not say hate or love anything about what is related to the hotel service, simply because I was not really there, I have informed the owner of the time i will check in there for earlier more than two weeks. But sadly when I came to check in, the only one thing i known that my room had something broken, He told me that! More importantly, this happened two hours before I arrived, but even a message or a call to notify me was not have too, and him answer for this problems is... "This just happened two hours ago, what can i do?!" - He said. Anyway, he helped me contact one of the other nearby hotels to looking for the vacant room, At least I do not have to do it by myself. No matter what, you can not ask for more in a 1 star hotel like that

food good value, portion a little small perhaps. room very comfortable and a good size, nice hot shower, safe, fridge. friendly staff and great location slightly off the main street. would recommend and would return.

Prime location, many hotspot like restaurants, bars , supermarket, hospital, currency exchange, baht bus stop ,and Motor bike taxi stop are at walkable distance.
Hotel rooms are clean and cosy , but trouble with air conditioning, good staff , good service , but no elevator in this apartment.

Good budget hotel in Central Pattaya. Friendly, clean, safe with daily maid service. I've stayed 3 different times, rates 500 to 600 thb. It's in a good area away from the bars and noise. If its full there are lots of other cheap rooms nearby. Malee 3 is near 18 Coins Hotel just off of Soi Bua Khao, turn at the motor bike shop.
