It was a budget hotel well worth every penny except the room safe didn't work\lock. Also the main door didn't lock very well, so I was scared to leave my valuables so had to carry them around. Bed was good very comfortable and the air-conditioning was modern. The location was very quite so I slept very well.

Good price rooms away from crazy noisy bars,very comfortable bed with fresh bedlinen. The whole hotel was a little old but very clean and in good condition. The cleaning lady was very nice and did a good job.

Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but far from the best. Odd furniture arrangements. No toilet paper holder?! Air conditioner works, relatively low price.

BR-GUESTHOUSE. It was a room with normal furniture, absolutely nothing outstanding. But the guy in here I has to say is a great person, that is for me. Friendly, open, honest. And specialty, he a who love the cats

I like to stay here everytime I come to Pattaya. I get a nice big room. The lady clean and bring new towel everyday and I think the price is good.

Average,but the cleaner is awesome
