If you just want somewhere cheap to get a good night's sleep, then this is for you. The room was small and didn't have a window, but the bed was comfortable, air con worked and it was really quiet, allowing for good quality sleep. Location is ideal, 10 mins walk from the beach and close to the night life. Towels and shampoo/shower gel were provided, but no toothpaste.

My friends and i booked a room here last Nov 26. Food at the resto downstairs is really good and the rooms are spacious however it's too dim. Room smells damp too and the toilet smells to. Seems like it was not cleaned prior to our visit. I found some small cockroaches on the bed as well. Have killed it and asked the lady at the rexeption to change our sheets. This is an old hotel and not well maintained and sanitized. And also, it's far from the beach.

Stayed here last year and again now. Because good location The lady on reception does not smile. She is also rude Everyday I go to reception to pay for the room it’s always more than the previous day has I’m not sure of plans pay daily. The rooms are clean the other staff are pleasant just the sour faced receptionist who never smiles. Not the right person to be on the front line dealing with customers but no good complaining to the management

It is a budget hotel with a price of you get what you paid for, stayed only 1 night, someone told me it was refurbished 5 years ago and it needs to be maintained a little better. I paid for the upgrade on the room which had a window, room was nothing exceptional and had ripped wallpaper damage to walls and met a friend walking on the walls a little cockroach so that put me off straight away also no lift or any offer to help with your luggage, like I say you get what you pay for.

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel. Location is very close to all the public transport. The rooms are going to be generally clean. The amenities in the room were very nice. The front desk employees were great. The price was very good for tourist season. All New and pretty good.

I can definitely recommend staying in this Hotel. The room was spacious with all that the traveler needs. I would say, it was very good in terms of room quality. The smiles of all the staff were second to none. I must compliment the hotel for having such a dedicated employee.

Another new low for Thailand ...I had every intention of booking a room here for an 18 day stay. I was in Pattaya so I decided to take a look, they have a bar downstairs so thought I'll have a drink. The first drink I was served fairly quickly, the next drink I had to wait more than 10 minutes despite many attempts to attract any one of 3 waitresses and also the lady behind the bar who never looked up from her phone even when I went to the bar and gave a polite excuse me several times . After finally ordering a second beer I returned to my seat a gentleman at the bar requested the lady behind the bar to change TV channels as there was a live game about to kick off. The lady behind the bar erupted shouting in English and Thai ... was extremely abusive for about 10 minutes telling this man at the bar to go ! The gentleman at the bar was calm and polite which seemed to send her in to a frenzy, she eventually switched the live game on ... and things got back to normal.
I thought this must be a one off, surely staff couldn't be this bad ... so the next night I popped in for a beer ... walked in front of 2 waitresses to take my seat I knew they had seem me so I would expect someone to come and serve me.... however no one came ... I made quite a few attempts to attract attention and genuinely got the impression they were ignoring me I sat for about 15 minutes. Then a man walks in who they obviously knew and sat at the table next to me ... there was someone to serve him almost immediately as she was taking his order I tried to make her aware I was sitting waiting... she didn't acknowledge me one bit ... so I walked out ... both nights there were only a handful of people in the bar.
This is truly the worst staff I have ever encountered in my life .... I remember passing this place for a few year now and it was always quite busy ... I wonder if the management are wondering why there takings are down ... if the rest of the staff have the same attitude I would imagine it would be a nightmare place to stay whilst in Pattaya... maybe that is the reason it is one of the few central hotels that had 18 consecutive days free in December ?
Needless to say I didn't book to stay there .... absolutely the worst staff ever ... I'll be honest I was shocked how bad the staff were.
