Holiday Inn Express Pattaya Central, an IHG Hotel

I am a frequent guest at this hotel. The location was a little noisy due to the outdoor entertainment, but that was to be expected. The staff is quite nice, and even the security provides excellent service (during parking). The rooms are quite clean and comfy. I have to make a criticism about the bathroom, which does not completely divide the wet and dry areas. During showers, the entire bathroom floor is constantly flooded. I am a little annoying. Breakfast is also quite delicious.

Very comfortable! The staff has been terrific. The location is quiet enough and there are a couple of 7-11s within walking distance. There is a travel agent located in the lobby.
The pool hours are only 8am to 8pm. I wish they would extend the hours. The gym has enough equipment for most people and it's a comfortable set-up.

hotel is well kept even after the hit of covid. located in a somewhat busy street but the rooms are quiet enough for good rest. there are plenty of food, 7-11 and currency exchange around. within walking distance to some nightlife attractions. limited breakfast choice option but good enough for standard hotel. bathroom amenities has all you need and maybe more. just bring your cloths and fly here to experience.

The breakfast is only open until 10AM and the choice is not very big. The quality is good. There's an elevator that goes from the parking in the basement directly to the floor where you are staying and you can use a cart from the first floor if necessary. The rooms are well designed and make good use of the limited amount of space.

Finally a true 4 star in the heart of Pattaya. Great location and very very clean.
This hotel is newer so it’s in amazing shape. The room is well thought out and very comfortable. The linens were nice soft and good quality.
Little things like the TV offers channels in many languages as well as HBO and other movie channels.
The secure under ground parking was great and the common spaces were always clean.
I used the up to date fitness gym every day and I can say it’s all new commercial equipment.
The breakfast, which was included, was good for a hotel breakfast. They even changed it up a little every day.
The staff were very nice and accommodating.
I would have given this place 5 stars but the pool was a little small. 1 st world problems. Lol
Stay here you’d be a fool not to.

Well-designed hotel including the rooms and bathrooms that have just about everything you would want. They even have a safe and a fridge and a proper desk and chair, also white bedroom slippers, unlike at many Express hotels in Europe.

Then there is the swimming pool and gym on the roof - a real added bonus. As was the free under the hotel parking.

The reception staff, as were all the hotel staff, friendly and helpful.

This budget hotel has everything you need except a big pool. A great budget option and my new “go to “ hotel in Pataya. Very impressed!

Be aware this hotel is in the more seedy area of Pattaya, about 1Km from Walking St . Surrounding the hotel is a large number of go go bars and gentlemen clubs in close walking distance.

Room are small . Stayed here in early June 2022 in two connecting rooms (425, 427)
