Has small pool always in sun.good wfi.no breakfast. But many options nearby.rooms massive.beds hard.can be bit noisy on a road that's a racetrack at night for the chavs

Hotel in soi buakhao The hotel has a pool with towels and a bar for soft drinks and beers, the hotel staff is nice and welcoming, in-room safe, air conditioner, fridge, 2 bottles of water per day, shampoo and soap. Simple and clean and tidy room every day, the room has a balcony, the price is worth the stay, great location close to everything, bus (blue van) every 2 minutes, I really enjoyed

Great place to drop in for a booking. At 900 baht it's not super cheap but includes a Thai idea of a western breakfast. Rooms have balconies but no view as such. Expect to leave a 1000 baht room key deposit which is non-refundable lest one loses the receipt

Love this place. Good food good service, cheaper than most places. Defo come here again.. highly recommend also the guy at night, I think he's a care taker is the nicest, funniest person I've met. Cracking hotel

stayed at the sunview for three years,very polite and helpfull staff,nice sun terrace food not expensive walking distance to bars 7/11 hospital and beach, i will use this hotel again and the room rate is not bad.

A great hotel for the price.In addition the staff is very friendly,courtious and helpfull.Rooms are a bit worn out,but clean.A issue can be the bad water pressure in the showers on the 2 top floors.I will stay there again.

Family owned,excellent staff,caring , focused.great location ,suggest lower room price on monthly rate to encourage longer stay.
