I hardly leave a perfect 5 star but the owner of this hotel is absolutely a class act! The guy makes you feel like a friend. What an absolute beautiful soul! I wish him the best in his future. A wonderful small family hotel. Great price for heart of pattaya.. clean.. free tea and coffee and water! Even we overslept by an hour from checkout he didn’t go crazy.. keep up the good work! ???????????????????????? you guys are the best! Amazing costumer service. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No complaints. The room was big, the staff was nice. I appreciated that there were at least 2 wifi networks and always had 5 bars. There is a mirror in the shower so seeing myself naked was a bit traumatizing; but they had the best lasagne i've had in my life so ill overlook it. Great place. Great wifi.

Great place for small money. Rooms are huge. Ac and safe and fridge included. Very attentive good hearted staff. No smoking policy but you got a little balcony to the room 2 chairs n a table where you can smoke. 7/11 right vis a vis. Location is in the heart of the rdl so just short ways to all you wanna wish for. Place closes at 1 am but you get a backdoorkey so you can sneak in any time. For 2.50€ per day you get pool access. Wifi is free and velocity is ok. Flat tv standart too. Its low budget but 100% clean and cosy.

This place is excellent for good food, at reasonable prices the portions are a good size, I think I got around 350grams of chicken in a delicious peanut and veg sauce with about 150/200grams of rice for about £4.00????. The drinks were a little expensive tho.

Worth money , cheapest and excellent guest house at soi bua khao . Just in front of tesco lotus and 7/ 11. Good staff and good owner helpful , clean rooms , beautiful ambience , but no lift . Food is also good not so expensive compared to other same kind of restaurant . They have bar as well. Pool , snooker , sheesha ( hookah ) available here . Bar and restaurant close at 22:30.

An extremely pleasant stay. The owner and the staff were very friendly and great over all. Food was great and the rooms were more than enough. Warmly recommend anyone to stay here.
