Smaller hotel. Bar below was not open when I stayed. There was a sign with a phone number to call. No one answered when I called. Thankfully the motorbike drivers in front of the building knew the owner and retrieved him from a pub down the road. Owner is very friendly and let me check in early. Note that there is no elevator if you are placed in one of the upper floors. Entrance to the rooms is at the back of the building on an alley.
Room was on the second floor at the back of the building and I did not hear much street noise. Room itself is decent sized. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Wi-Fi was strong, stable, and plenty fast. TV was a smart TV with cable channels. Bathroom was serviceable with soap and shampoo supplied. For the price it's a good accommodation. The reason for the 1 star deduction is the awkward check in and mainly because the water in the shower was scalding hot and the temperature could not be adjusted. I had to turn the breaker the the room off to shut off the water heater and take a cool shower.
