2 problems, the first one is you can here through the bed wall over your head from the neighbour room talking at nighttime. Second is they put 2 twin beds together to make a king size bed???? Deluxedoubleroom, which is not so comfy as sleeping. Couldn't sleep as hearing noise people talking or doing something at 4am.

Location is good but rooms are okayish and so is service
Beds are broken , bedsheets are torn off .
Bath tubs are not clean.

I was here a few weeks ago , I booked 3 nights and one of them was for my 5 day stay and test which had to be paid for. A few days after I booked and had paid for the 5 day test and stay it was binned. They credited all of the cost immediately which was off set by 3 nights stay , however there was a few hundred Baht left, and they offered me breakfast. What more can you say, totally honest straight forward hotel.Very quite and calm, excellent staff, nice pool. Good sized room, excellent housekeeping. Would certainly stay here again.

The Reception Staff was very Rude. They charge 500 bhats for incoming guests. Breakfast very very bad, hardly any option. Same menu served everyday.

This is a very good hotel, I read reviews and was aware the receptionist can be grumpy and they were except for 1, for the money you pay this is a good hotel right in heart of city. Modern and clean.

Great rooms for reasonable prices.

Hotel is maintained very well, location is great to surrounding nightlife.

Would recommend 100%!

Please avoid this hotel…The receptionist in the morning is very rude she didn’t listen to us and just kept dominating us.
Some staff at the hotel is very rude. pathetic stinky rooms.
