Dont expect a brand new hotel for this price but :
5 star location ( 2 min walk to beach)
5star housekeeping
5star reception ( polite and always there)

Just try to ask for a room on the back of the house to keep away from the noisy bar music nearby

Nice location, located in heart of the city, beach is 50 meters, 3 mints walk to beach and central mall, rooms are ok with balcony, staff is very helpful, small pool,

Reception staff rude at times and totally disinterested. The cleaning staff were far more friendly! Hotel is ok but air conditioning etc and plumbing is showing its age. Plenty of other hotels in the area, the staff seemed way more friendly in them!

The people there were very nice. The hotel for the most part is kept fairly clean. Pool ok not a lot of chairs so maybe go early. The guy showed up about 10 minutes later and tried to put the wrong sized bulb into the table lamp. The floor in the toilets was wet even before entry. Breakfast was forgettable.

Very noisey location. Rooms are OK for a budget hotel, location is convenient. You need to be a heavy sleeper; hotel is in between a live music bar and other noisey bars. Both played music loudly until 3am on a weekday.

Nice rooms and the location wise near to the market and the beach area.
What i don't like no peace at night bcoz of the bar next to the hotel . And even Water is not complimentary they charge you other then that nice comfortable room for couple.

I have stayed at lot of hotels and always read the reviews. This time I did not as this was a last minute booking. I can confirm all negatives posted in previous reviews...and add more!

VERY noisy

Staff not helpfull. Asked for extra pilow and they said they don’t provide.

They would not provide a cup to make coffee and that with kettle provided in lobby. I had to go and buy my own.

Limmit power outlit in room. I had to buy extention to get power at desk for laptop to work.

You have to run the shower for 10-15 waiting for hot water. Crazy!

I would NOT recommend or ever use this hotel again. Wost experience ever filled with frustration. Yes the hotel is clean and neet and cleaning staff extremely friendly. But that does not even start to make up for all the negatives.
