Amazing hotel. It’s not the state-of-the-art hotel, but acceptably renovated. Everything is so comfortable and clean.
Quiet noisy since rock cafes are all around. For me, it was not annoying since i can sleep in noises. But if you care of it, you should avoid this hotel.

Good value, good location. Clean spacious room. Near to shopping mall, beach ????️ and police station ???? Good housekeeping and friendly staff. Several decent English movie channels. Good strong WIFI ???????? Shower water + toilet flush pressures are good. Huge comfortable bed.

Breakfast included was good. Decent foods ????

Not good:
- pillows too soft.
- I heard smoking is allowed in the rooms. This makes the rooms smelly. Not good and hygienic.
- you can hear people open and close room doors in the echoey hallway.

Great location on the esplanade (Beach Road) at Pattaya.
Inexpensive and great value for money as a no frills motel.
Breakfast was reasonable.
We stayed there last week and I decided to stay there again tonight.

Great place for the price.
Right on Beach Road Esplanade Pattaya, clean rooms, very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble.

Best in location... very close to beach.... friendliest front office staff ....their smiles make your day

It's a Walking accessible hotel to the beach and is also near the central shopping center. I stayed newly renovated room with ocean view. It is worth for money except for breakfast and hot shower. Breakfast was a bit shabby. Neither salad nor vegetable was available. Hot shower was not stable to be taken. It's often getting cold and hot water alternately. Well, over all I am satisfied with this hotel if ocean view is available.
