Absolutely amazing hotel. Stunning gardens, the Atrium eating there at breakfast is superb. The hotel has private beach too. 2 lovely swimming pools. Seats in the pool for bar area too. The views are amazing in every floor has its own view area of the sea with soft seating. Room we had sea view was very impressed. The staff from cleaning, security, restaurant, reception and swimming pool very polite. Always helpful with any questions or directions if you need anything. Please take time to enjoy the garden and surrounding of the hotel. Breakfast has loads of choices with chefs cooking for you.

I went on a solo trip and I stayed here in October. Let me first say the location is amazing, you're right on the beach and near all food and malls. The food in the hotel is so good, you can probably go outside and find cheaper pricing but their quality and presentation is worth every penny. The service was great, all staff were helpful and could communicate very well. The downside of this place is the rooms are very dated, carpets need to be replaced in the rooms, I felt disgusted not having my shoes on in my room. However the rest of the hotel is so nicely manicured, there's gardens, ponds and a waterfall in the lobby. The other complaint I have is during my check in I had an altercation with another guest who was in my personal space and wouldn't move, the check in person apologized to me for the ride behavior but I wish she would have done something instead of me having to confront the ride guest, I'm supposed to be on vacation and they are supposed to control the guests. I think she was too scared or polite to say anything. Besides that I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This hotel is 3 stars at best. I booked the Deluxe Room King and stayed for 5 nights in August 2022. We had a bad experience here.

Pros:
- the view of the beach at the pool
- close to Terminal 21

Cons:
- Rooms were disgustingly dirty: carpet looked like it has never been cleaned, There were a lot of hair in the shower drain, the room had a bad smell, the head boards were stained, the furniture was old stained, worn, and frayed... basically the whole room needed an update.
- housecleaning does not clean. And even when you request a cleaning, they just make the bed and provide new towels.
- the food and drinks were mediocre at best.

You are better off going to the Hard Rock Hotel, they have much nicer rooms, better service, better pool, and worth every dollar

Just OK.

Old dainty rooms with stained carpet. Not sure why it is still 5 stars. We waited for 2 hours for the room to be available (yes we got in the room at 4pm when we should be able to check in at 2pm).

With this price range, i will book other “5 stars” hotels around here. There are plenty.

I had a great 7 night stay here. The hotel is on the beach and very close to Terminal 21. The hotel has a great vibe and smells great when you walk through the lobby area. The hotel offers a large multi culture breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. It's one of the nicest I have stayed in. The staff is excellent as well.

One of the best hotels in Pattaya. Extremely well disciplined u0026 also the view is awesome from the premium sea view room. Every floor has a hall with the perfect sea view and couches to sit and relax. The reception and lobby area is absolutely gorgeous. Loved this place ❤️

Old 5 star hotel but properly maintained, comfortable bed (AC little bit too noisy but normal for old facilities), great quiet location by the beach and not too far from the center. Staff is welcoming and friendly.
Highly recommended at around USD80 p.night making it good value for money or the best mid-priced place I have stayed In Pattaya!
