Perhaps the most lively place in the whole Pattaya City which one should not miss out. On the one side, one can see the best mall in Pattaya "Terminal 21" and the other side goes to Famous Alcazar Show. Very safe place to roam around. 24 x 7 open Familymart and 7/11 stores are located opposite to this mall at the Dolphin Circle. One side of the circle goes to the Pattaya Beach across which various famous hotels are located. So do not miss this if you are planning to go to Pattaya
