Spent my 1day quarantine here. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food and drinks was delivered to the room. Room had balcony and sea view. Highly recommend for quarantine hotel.

I canceled my trip, because ThaiVisa was suspended. After that I've tried to get promised refund 6 months. Nothing happens, even I've send them all that they want. They just don't want to pay.

We only stayed one night on a test n go reservation, located just down the street from the Terminal 21 mall, convenient. Older hotel but not in bad shape. 3 star hotel in my opinion, good for basic accommodations. Smart TV but you have to log into your own Netflix or Prime account to watch anything in English. Wifi in the room was good. Food provided for our 1 night quarantine was good, Thai and American style foods.

I juste arrived in the hotel.
A taxi waited me in the airport, i did not wait for the taxi.
The taxi lady is very nice.
The persons work in the hotel are very nice also.
The bedroom with a big tv is good and the food also.
The sea is near, i can see on my balcony

Well I'm in travel quarantine for 14 days in this hotel.
Its as I expected to be - u can't get out the room but they get you what ever need.
Overall food ok ..cleanness is avridg. Great size room with balcony. Ac wifi.
Some how I manage..4 more days.
Stuff are friendly..communication are good .

Did my ten day ALQ here.
The staff were excellent during the booking process, all my emails were answered and promptly so.
Room was clean and had a great view across Pattaya Bay.
Internet connection was seamless and the food was fine.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone doing their quarantine in Pattaya.

Its not the worst, nor is it the best. I am currently staying here at Best Bella for a 14 day mandatory quarantine per Thai government requirements. I am on day 4 and it hasn't been to bad, but this is coming from a guy that has worked and lived in Afghanistan for 11 years, I'm happy enough to have my own room with an internet connection.

There are rats crawling around the ceiling especially the restroom, it doesn't bother me but it might for others. There is a wonderful breeze that comes in from the ocean and I like turning off the AC and opening the balcony door. The problem with that is that it makes a whistling sound that can be heard down the hall way, and I'm pretty sure it wakes up the neighbors at night.

The room can be cleaned a bit more. I moved the furniture around to make space to workout and under it I found that it it has not been swept. I gauge the level of care a hotel takes when cleaning by checking behind the toilet, in this case Best Bella's maids need some remedial training.

All in all the place is okay, you're in Pattaya, your only going to be in your room 5-7 hours out of the day. The staff is great, location is great, you're able to get a songtow easily and Terminal 21 is across the street, the beach is 3 mins walk if you're into Pattaya beaches.

Would I recommend this place - sure.
