Great hotel. 20 seconds from beach . Wish there was a safe but there are secure lockers in lobby.staff are very good. I recommend.

Nice place to stay in a quiet are of Jomtien. Surrounded by a nice beach and cozy restaurants. It doesn't come with breakfast, but it's in between 2 nice restaurants where you can have a good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. We always stay at the pool villa, which has a long pool in the middle with the bungalows around it. The pool is not always that clean, but it's nice to sit around and enjoy...

I love this place. Very inexpensive but very nice. I think it’s the best deal in inexpensive lodging that is directly on the beach in Jomtien.

This is not your cookie-cutter style hotel. The design, especially in the older part is “kitschy”. Original art work that may or may not be to your liking, and just sort of a funky look I can’t quite describe but not overwhelming; it just has a unique character which is kind of cool.

The rooms range from “standard” at US$17 up to poolside villas for a little more a night. All are very basic but quite comfortable. Refrigerator but no microwave. Showers are nice and hot. A little more water pressure would be nice but no big deal.

The pool is great! 30 meters long and great for doing laps, and it’s kept clean. The villas surrounding the pool are relatively new and architecturally very pleasing. Lots of planting’s and shrubbery adds to a feeling of privacy. Very peaceful feeling!

The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, without going overboard, if you know what I mean. Your privacy is respected.

The beds are not soft but in retrospect that’s not a bad thing. I slept wonderfully and I’m pretty finicky about beds. They are hard but surprisingly comfortable and the pillows, sheets, and blankets are very nice quality.

There are three floors; no elevator. That could be an issue for some I guess, but hey, it’s good exercise.

Another possible negative for some is that there is live music at the restaurant next door and it can get pretty loud but it’s only several nights a week, and only until around 10:30...and the music is pretty good actually. Other than that it’s quiet and you get a sense of privacy since it is away from the busier streets where most of the clubs and bars are, and the beach street it’s on gets relatively little traffic, especially at night.

If you’re seeking Hilton-style luxury, this may not be for you but if you are comfortable with basic, clean accommodations at a great price with friendly staff, you’ll get more than your money’s worth.

Book early, a lot of people feel the same as me and last minute vacancies are rare.

Very good place! Direct in front of the Dongtan Beach. In the night very silent because no traffic. Wednesday and Saturday they have live Music in Sandbar till 22.30h so it is a little bit loud. I had the Sky Deluxe Room where you have a good view on the beach. Bed very good and top cleaning every day. Recommend this Hotel.

Great location great service great price awesome place has plenty of things to offer what more can I say except you should stay there.walk out in the morning and about 30 steps and your under a coconut tree on the beach breathtaking.or enjoy breakfast overlooking the beach.

BB house has an old and a new wing. The old wing offers great value ocean front. The new wing offers the same with prices just a little higher about 1000b per night..With swimming pool. Sandbar restaurant next door has jazz music weekly also.
