No longer Rosie's new name ESCOBAR AND GUESTHOUSE. Staying here for 9 nights. Well worth the low cost. It's above a bar. Live music most nights till about 1 AM. I liked the music so not a problem. Slightly obstructed view of the beach from my balcony. Power lines. Back entrance to guesthouse so you do not have to go through the bar. Many places to eat just outside the back entrance. 7/11 a few doors away.as well as many other shops. WiFi is OK and TV has some English channels. As well as Chinese and of course Thai. Friendly staff. Can walk from the bus station. Make sure you print out a map if you want to take a taxi. None of them knew where it was. Even with the address.

Decent bar just up from the police station and 7 eleven at the start of jomtien. Have very decent happy hour prices. in hight season have live music at 7.30,pm with the main band starting at 9ish. Only let down by high prices for soft drinks which are the same price as beers!

I stayed here with my husband last week.
Very nice place.
Great bar.
2 very nice staff.
Rooms ok, got ocean view.
Worth the money.
Cleaner could of been better, shouldnt have to ask for clean towels, should be changrd daily.
Overall a good place to stay in jomtien
