My thoughts are...
It needs to have the ladies walking around, engaging customers, even if it's just friendly hello, welcoming everyone. Circulate and Mingling for a few minutes each.
The current design is very Cold and not comfortable for the Men or women.
It's staring across the aisle and barely normal flirting.

Lot of emotions trapped inside this cafe. The hopelessness in the eyes , the romantic music,the mixed feelings and a good chat with the Ladies around. Learn to make eye contact and if someone is on the phone continuously chatting then probably she is not interested. There is some amount of energy, a dark side and a certain vibe that attracts and keeps calling me back to this place.

Some guys think Bangkok is Los Angeles. They want the ladies to approach the customers and greet them and engage them in small talk. The ladies don't work for Thermae. Also, why would they waste their time and energy? They'll lose face if they approach a customer and get turned down. The reason I don't recommend Thermae is because the ladies are like a cartel heavily involved in price fixing. Many are very arrogant and they are totally inflexible. They act like they have the power and everything has to be under their terms. Maybe they have the power. But we have the money. If people boycotted the place for a month, the rates would go down in our favor. But that will never happen. Males don't act rationally when they see a beautiful woman.

Pleased it is open again post Covid. Always lively but it is primarily a "pick-up" bar frequented in recent times mainly by Asian tourists.
Thermae does have iconic status in Bangkok, it has been open for decades providing the same service. I don't think food is served as previous but Thermae as ever provides a good service.

Dozens of young lady doing freelance. Some are office girls being cash tight towards month end. Put your negotiation skills to use. Those outside are transgender.

Dead. This cafe is closed, has been closed for a long time. Been here since start of this year and nothing new. Lesser and lesser girls, even if there are they're covid infested. I think a lot of them had covid, that's why even know a sat night u find very few FL standing there. I got covid just by walking past since everyone had their masks down. So becareful.

I don't know, maybe I was unlucky but I had a chat with 4 girls and both just short time...the bar is not bad. I will try another day
