This is my third stay at this family run 3 star hotel. I am in one of their best rooms, decent size although shower room little tight.
Comes with safe, comfy bed and kettle, TV.
In very popular area near Hyatt and Westin higher graded hotels, and metro stations. Metro and main road means not quiet if you are in front of hotel, but I have had no problem sleeping. Lots of places to eat, although hotel no longer open for breakfast. Big plus is Terminal 21 mall a 5 minute walk away.
Good pool area on roof, with free towels.
Be aware besides nice little terrace bar their is a basement bar/club. This is popular with working girls, who are often outside, so probably not best choice for those with young kids.
But in summary, nice 3 star, good location and excellent value for money.

Excellent value for money, very clean rooms, good location, good pool.
Lady called Oi on reception is amazing, super polite and efficient.
Incredible English, better than most 5 star hotel receptionists.
She makes that hotel !

Clean, friendly staff and in a very good location, 1 minute walk from the bts station and very close to the uk passport office. Also there's a nice roof top swimming pool, but i wouldn't recommend it for families

Reasonable price, access to P4P downstairs, firm mattress (I like),, frontdesk good, mini-fridge, bum gun, strong flush on toilet, room safe, hot shower, kettle, lots of surfaces to place belongings, air-con, near BTS and MRT. So, everything one could need.

Only negative is sewer smell from drain

Great place to stay in Bangkok, 3 minutes from Nana BTS, well appointed rooms, friendly professional staff.

No coffee in rooms. Restaurant only open for dinner. Otherwise, its OK...be prepared to run a gauntlet of working ladies of the night outside...but if that's what you want, its perfect for you.
