Great place to stay at a good price has a nice roof top bar with a pool also a great location for night life and shopping all in walking distance.

Well located property, great staff, nice (but not great) rooms, good swimming pool and sun deck and a breakfast buffet to die for.
The location and really nice staff make this property special. The rooms are nicely sized and well appointed but suffer from a litany of poor construction issues. That said, management and staff work diligently to correct problems as they arise.
The lobby is large and pleasant, the gym is mediocre to poor (but never crowded) and the pool area on the roof is first rate. The main restaurant (The Eatery) is surprisingly good and modestly priced. The breakfast buffet at The Eatery is not to be missed. The Irish Pub next door serves good pub food and alternates between live music and broadcast sports.
Room prices vary based on occupancy, but generally this place is good value for money.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip and the service was great! The staff were very attentive and polite. Check-in process was fast and I was guided to my room in the garden wing right after check in.

The room was very large and comfortable. They have all the facilities that a typical 4 star hotel would have. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large. The only downside was that the rooms aren’t very sound proof so I could hear people opening and closing doors/talking loudly/watching tv from my room which only bothered me when it was late at night.

The location is THE BEST! It’s not directly on the main road but is just a few hundred meters from it (no noise from the main street). Terminal 21 mall and ASOK BTS station are also very nearby which makes it easy to move around. It’s also one street away from Soi 11 where you can find all the trendy bars and night life that you need.

Overall a great hotel and I would recommend it! Great staff, great food, great location and great facilities.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in January 2017 and was delighted with the overall experience.

I was booked in a corner room which was very spacious and I couldn't believe how quiet the rooms were, so I was able to rest very well whilst staying there. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

The service I received whilst staying here was exceptional. Every single member of staff I encountered was very polite, friendly and helpful. The front desk manager on check in and check out was very considerate and really made me feel welcome at the hotel.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable and I had a great time exploring the surrounding area.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I will definitely be staying there again on future visits to Bangkok.

Having spent over 6000 nights in Marriott properties I know that Four Point brands can be hit or miss. This location is very well run by Mari the manager. It is much more in line with a top of the line Marriott location. Not at all like what you would expect from Four Points in the states where quality can vary. I have stayed the full service Marriott on Soi 4 and this property is every bit as nice but does not have an executive lounge. The location is quiet. The pool is nice. The staff is amazing and can't do enough for the customers. Book this property with confidence. You will be glad you did!

Check in was quick and smooth. As gold guest given late checkout to 4pm without need to ask and advised on free WiFi and welcome gift. Room was nice and spacious, although as always not the most cupboard space. Left 2 cute cupcakes as it was my birthday on the trip. Comfy bed and nice bathroom but water temp could be variable. Pool area was nice. In honesty better and cheaper than the nearby sister hotel where we have stayed previously. It has an excellent location near BTS and local bars and restaurants. Only downside are the 2 attached bars - 1 not really the right class (the very fact I can't write the name in the review or it says my language is inappropriate does say something!) ,and the Irish Bar - steer clear - boring and overpriced even in happy hour.

Thank you for the wonderful stay at your hotel. As mentioned I was thoroughly impressed by your staff and your hotel. The staff were friendly and approachable. The rooms were clean, cosy and in perfect working order. The staff at the bars and restaurant were amazingly friendly and we all commented on how Australian customer service staff could learn a thing or two from your staff.
Thank you for providing us with such an amazing first experience of Bangkok. We will definitely stay here again.
