Really got mixed feelings about this hotel. Location is superb. But the rooms are kinda small, outdated, a lot of things are broken and room service could be improved a lot. Once they forgot our room after they asked us. On arrival there was still trash from previous guests. And the bathroom door is broken, in worst case you would close yourself in and could not get out again. View is ok, could be better. We were on floor 26.
The meeting room was not usable, it was so stinky and sticky on that floor.
Not my favorite, but really good location and stuff are generally very friendly. Breakfast was good too.

Good hotel at a convenient location. Their Day1 Test and Go worked great.

View from room was nice and you are directly looking on BTS. Many restaurants nearby and had also great bar at rooftop. Only thing that I did not like was their pool. Little overcrowded and not so nice such as the pool areas from their other group hotels.

Overall clean and well managed hotel for a reliable rate.

Lovely hotel very close to Sky Train u0026 Terminal 21 mall. Stayed here on last night before we left Bangkok, family of 4 in 2 connecting rooms.

Lovely staff, great views from the bar u0026 in a great location for restaurants etc. Thoroughly recommend

This is a nice hotel. I think would have been very special when first opened. You can see it has aged, but it has the appearance of a 60’s or 70’s hotel. With a very large lobby, water feature occupying some central areas. Elevators aged and carpets worn but well maintained. Upon entry to my room I was surprised at the size. Very large with a sofa, large desk, solid coffee table and large window overlooking the pool and Bangkok. The air conditioning in my room works, but I feel isn’t cold enough for myself. I woke up a few times feeling too hot. Also when I turned off the lights at night there was 3 that took me a while to work out. Next to the phone is another device that resembles an answering machine. Turns out it is like a central control for lights, TV and A/C. It has other functions also. So I got the lights off and turned down the A/C more. (To no avail). Bed large enough and comfortable.
The location is very good also, every type of street food just out front. Italian restaurant across the road which I plan to try today (Pizza). A 7/11 just down the road. Which I noticed has several massage places and private clubs catering mainly to Japanese clients.

Great location, beautiful view from our room. I was there last month. However, the staff are friendly and helpful. At the front desk, Aree was very helpful she helped us to find out my baggage. This is the best time I ever had in my life.

Terribly old hotel and the rooms look it too. My room had so many defects and dodgy patch ups. For example walls bulging from water damage. Room also not very clean .... Only good things I can say is good view from room, good location and breakfast staff are wonderful and very professional.

Located at the heart of Bangkok. The property is good. The rooms are little small compared to the peers, but the view is phenomenal. But nothing beats lebua. The. Breakfast is monotonous and there is dearth of vegetarian options. The good part is just walking distance from Asok.
