The room was good, pleasantly surprised it had a clothes washing machine so I was able to do a load of laundry. Room was large and suitable for a long term stay. Internet access was setup individually per room, I thought this would have helped but I experienced drops several times so I am not sure it would be acceptable if one had to do much work online. Close proximity to Terminal 21 was nice.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful for all our issues. The room itself war quite noise and the view from our bedroom not that nice. Only from the toilet we could see some of Bangkoks skyline. The bed was okay. The breakfast was good, there was a selection of food were everyone could fine something. Also the view from the breakfastroom was really nice as you can see in the photos. But the staff wasn't too attentive, sometimes something was empty and they would refill, like hot tea water or the vegetarian stuff. They decorated the room for us which was really nice and there was a delicious piece of cake! The swimmingpool had a nice view but the jacuzzi wasn't working.

The room is clean, big and spacious. Equipped with a small kitchen and also a washing machine. It's located 300m away from Terminal 21. Very convenient location.

Great location. Decent breakfast (though repetitive). Rooms nothing like the pictures. Stayed in different building, a hassle to fet yo espescially in rain. Desk personel useless and unhelpfull. Had to pay 200 bat for missing room key. Do not reccomend

Superb Location. There's 24/7 japanese supermarket, 24/7 Subway restaurant, Starbucks, and a number of restaurants in the ground floor. Asoke BTS, Terminal 21, Robinson, 7-Elevens etc. within walking distance.
Very simple, small but functional lobby. Check-in and check-out was fast.

Extra clean hotel. Corridors and rooms etc. are literally 'sqeeky' clean. Probably owned by a Japanese business. All rooms have a small to medium sized kitchen, fridge and microwave. Bathrooms have bathtub, jet shower, toilets with bidet and hand shower. Hot u0026 cold water with very good jet flow. Ample supply of bathroom amenities.
Most administrative staffs are very polite, and attentive.
Breakfast choice was decent, however use of pork was a bit excessive. And the labels are not always a 100% accurate. But the Fu0026B staff are very attentive. They will take special care if you are a vegetarian or muslim.
Overall, highly recommended.

Good location and hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful. We booked for 2 weeks and ended up extending our stays there for a month. Soi Cowboy just across the hotel. Many restaurants around there too.

Neat and Tidy hotel has everything you need from air conditioning, toiletries, safe, washing machine, bottle water and tea and coffee. Not far from food, shopping mall and the BTS train station.
