been living here for 6 years now, this neighbourhood was great!

only downside is this area is pet friendly but the condos are not! also there some areas within the condo are very bad maintained, lots of areas need improvements!

The community is great and convenient with new condos going up constantly. The free shuttle bus can be late at times and waiting from Phra Khanong station will take longer than 30min. There’s a golf cart from each condo that will take you to the front gates that leave every 10-15min. Overall safe and great area but they need to increase the shuttle buses.
