Took the class the other week and I absolutely love! Groups were small and our instructor was lovely and taught us a lot! You can also pick the dishes you want to cook !

Fantastic cooking class. Very helpful instructor who spoke decent English and gave excellent feedback as we went along. If you're not a fan of hot food, fear not - recipes can usually be adjusted accordingly. The massaman curry is a very good and simple recipe - and is great for those with low spice tolerance.

Overall, highly recommended!

It's a great place where they reach you recipes for thai food! The chef spoke great English and gave timely advice despite the group preparing and cooking cooking varied dishes for every stage. Staff were considerate of vegan options if requested. Five dishes were made and all of them tasted good!

Booked a private cooking class with my boyfriend. Paid USD 60 deposit beforehand. We selected 5 dishes from an extensive list to learn. Everything was well-organised. Hard-copy recipes were given in English. The food came out delicious! Our instructor, Lush, was very patient with us and answered any questions we had. We had a most enjoyable cooking lesson. I highly recommend Thai Cooking Academy if you want to learn more about Thai cuisine.

Had so much fun cooking my own PhaThai here! They speak good English and the environment is super clean. Highly recommended! The best experience ever!!!

i thought it would be fun to learn to cook thai food as i LOVE thai food. so i went to trip advisor to search for a beginner class and this place had very good reviews and its right next to the bang chak bts which made it easy to find.

we actually met with chef air and his trainnee at the exit on the station as the meeting point before starting the session

we met with other fellow people(8 total) for the class and together we went to a nearby market where they showed us and educated us on the variety of herbs, vegetables, tofu, and a shop that sell hand made noodles which we will be using for our cooking class. very cool stuff and educational

after the market we headed over to the cooking academy. cleanliness was a must and the facility provided everything. we all each had our own cooking stations, food, plating, etc. it was wonderful and it was very clean.

not getting into too much detail, we basically had 5 courses to make and each course you chose 1 item to learn to cook. mine was mango sticky rice, pad see eww, tom yum soup, pan fried morning glory (my favorite), and chicken penang curry (we made the curry ourselves! this was awesome, i had no idea how much work it takes to create the curry paste and certain key ingredients as a base to making curry...such a great learning experience and a new appreciation for thai cooking)

chef air taught us how to cook our foods and did a superb job ensuring everyone was on track. he had everthing planned and in order. i am still amazed how he kept everyone in check. we had 8 people with various degree of cooking experience but somehow he kept us in check and we all successfully made a tasty and incredible meal.

i thought i would burn my flat rice noodles in the wok under the high heat but chef air kept us in check and ensured we didnt burn our foods! i was totally amazed.

i am looking to come back to learn to cook pad thai next...

It was a great experience. I liked the idea that we could choose individually wich dishes we wanted to cook. Everything was well explained. Very nice staff, good organization, clean kitchen.
