Not recommended!!! All they care about is money and not the patient. There are many other great dental hospitals in Bangkok. Choose a different one! I wouldn’t go back to dental hospital. They pushed me into getting a procedure done that I actually didn’t need. They wanted to put a crown on my tooth which I actually didn’t need. The administrative staff are unfriendly and very disorganized. Sometimes you wait for your appointment for over an hour. Customer service is very poor.

My orthodontist who works there a few days per week is amazing, but if I would have to choose again I would go and see her at a different hospital.

Being a patient of Dental hospital in Bangkok for more than ten years now, I keep coming back every year. First as an active airline pilot, now as a retiree. Why did I choose this hospital and not another one? Because word spreads fast amongst crews in the airline industry. It takes years to build a good reputation, but only days to ruin it. Dental hospital always had a good one. And it kept it!
I am probably a good customer, having had lots of various treatments: several root canals, extractions, inlays, crowns and three implants. I always felt well and treated like a VIP.
The hygiene, the quality of work, the friendliness and professionalism are exceptional there. Compared to my home country, where one dentist does all or most of the above work himself, there is a doctor for everything here, working on his specialty like root canal treatment for example. This is what I prefer. Work between the specialists is easily coordinated. Being in the same building, they can see and exchange with each other just across the corridor (should questions arise or making further treatment necessary).
And at home:
Can you make an imprint today and get the crown next day if you are on a tight schedule?
Does your dentist give you a lifetime warranty on implants and a three year warranty on crowns?
At Dental Hospital they do.
What else can I say? TRY IT.

Worst management ever. We have been coming here for years and their reputation of ‘worst management dental hospital’ never changed. They had us wait for an appointment WE BOOKED for 3 hrs and when I came up and asked what was happening, they said it’s because there was an ‘overlapped’ appointment and they thought this ‘overlap’ appointment was gonna be fast. I was shock and amaze at how this was even possible. I loved the dentists here, but sadly, I’m done with this place and would never come back.

It was so pleasing to return to Bangkok and our friends at the Bangkok Dental Hospital after two years of lockdowns and no international travel.
It was no surprise to learn that this magnificent facility was the only Government approved dental provider in Bangkok during Covid lockdowns.
We are so pleased to be continuing our dental plan - all the work is basically old dental work (40 years ago) being replaced by modern technology (Crowns u0026 Implants) and wonderful professional doctors.
It is absolutely amazing the amount of work they can do in such a short time - it could never happen in Australia.
We look forward to returning and completing our plan with this marvelous team of professionals.

We have been customer at this place for over 10 years. Normally the service is good and the doctors are very attentive and kind. However, once they have relocated to Habito, their service quality has dropped. Doctors are still good but the administration and particularly the X-ray is unbearable. We spent 30 mins for routine teeth cleaning, and when the doctor recommended an X-ray, we spent an equal amount of time waiting for taking X-ray. They didn't even call us although the X-ray room is available until I had to come and asked.
Some other customers were also complaining about the time waiting for settling the bills.
Hopefully they will improve their administration service or customers are going somewhere else very soon.

Excellent service and treatment. Clear information given by medical staff and support staff. Always a 5-star service. They fixed some dodgy work that was carried out a few years ago at another well-known treatment centre. Finally I have my confidence back as I’m able to show my smile!

We have been coming here since the 90s. The new location in Onnut is nice though the East-West orientation means treatment rooms face the wrath of the hot Bangkok sun, unlike at the Soi 49 location. Dr Supaluck was most naa-raak as usual but some of the newer dentists are too pushy. The car park has a few more lots but still felt cramped unfortunately.
