Today 17.10.2022 and the restaurant has changed the name from Teppanyaki Tokio to Teppanyaki Hono.
According to the Staff is the same owner.
If this is the same restaurant as it was in MBK, I prefer the old one in MBK but unfortunately closed now

Food is pretty good at quite an affordable price for tenpanyakki! The garlic fried rice was fragrant and palatable. The place is very small though and can get quite crowded

Delicious food.

I arrived around 8.30pm on a Sunday. It was not particularly busy at the time.

The waitress was patient and friendly. She took my order and the chef proceeded to cook in front of me.

Food was delicious. Steak was cooked medium and the prawns were fantastic. There is a lot of garlic involved in these dishes to if you are not a fan I would recommend trying something else. As garlic is the backbone of the meal.

Also had garlic fried rice. Mushroom. And iced green tea. The waitress refilled my glass each time it was empty and would always have a smile.

Total came to 952 bhat. (Large Prawns was 500 baht.)

Would definitely recommend dining here for a quick bite to eat.

Worst service during Bangkok tour, but steak is nice. Thai beef steak is tough.
