Grande Centre Point Terminal 21

I had selected Grande Centre Point as my one night quarantine hotel. The hotel was at a location I was very familiar. The room was clean and well decorated. The view was exceptional both day and night. Unfortunately since I was in quarantine, I didn't get to enjoy the facilities. The service was good of they get their communication right. The toilet has a heater seat which is very good but all other auto functions of the toilet Unfortunately was not working.

Fantastic hotel with excellent location. Spacious, well furnished rooms. Fantastic spacious lounge waiting area for us to wait our time away while waiting for our airport transfer and check-in. The free flow coffee and drinks were added facility that impressed us.
Only set back we had was a very rude service staff at breakfast. On 18 July 2022 He may have had a bad day but it's very rude if him to take it out on hotel guests. It will in turn bring on a bad review for the hotel.
Regardless, we will definitely return to stay in this hotel

Great location and good service.
However, comparing to the price, the hotel can provide better.
The bed isn’t as comfortable as other 4-5 star hotels and when you sleep, you can hear the bed spring. Pillows are too high. Shower room is difficult to control the temperature. There is a gap between the floor and the door so the room isn’t soundproofed and obviously, you can clearly hear noises from the hallway.

Aside from location, I don’t think I will re-book.

Excellent friendly service from hotel staff team from front desk, housekeeping to concierge. Superb location with clean room and amenities. I emailed the hotel reservation on booking room enquiries late night and was surprised when the sales manager Mr Chanon replied me back within 30 minutes! I was not expecting a reply so soon. I booked in for 7 days stay including one night under test and go and was impressed with the efficiency and service from the hotel staff throughout my stay. Airport pick up was punctual and the concierge were great helping me to call a taxi and checked on directions to a restaurant that I wanted to go to. Every staff that I came across during my stay has a friendly smile and greeting. I would definitely stay there again for my future trips to Bangkok.

Great location however I don't believe this is a 5 star hotel. Very barely decorated, everything seemed old and outdated. I believe once this might have been a great place, but it just didn't feel very clean. Saw soap scum on the shower walls and floors, lipstick on the front mirror, water marks on the cupboard doors. Felt like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned an lacked the comfort that I would call a 5 star. Really disappointed.

We definitely will go back to this hotel, which is situated on the top of the large shopping mall Terminal 21 in central Bangkok.

We got a nice view room at 29.th. floor, and the room was equipped both with freezer, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, and even an electric toilet with all kind of flushing and blowing services.

Very nice pool area with a lot of services.

The hotel breakfast was also very good, and the service level excellent. From arrival until departure - this hotel deliver...

This is a great hotel, and for its location and amenities, the price of a night's stay is a real value. Located adjacent to a large mall, many dining and shopping opportunities are minutes away.

The rooms are not big nor are they small; they are a comfortable size for a couple or an individual. My wife and I stayed on the 12th floor, and had a great view of the city. We dined at one of the small Japanese restaurants on the LG floor. We also both received massages at the Just Relax Spa, conveniently located such that you may enter the Spa from the hotel or the mall.

The whole of this hotel is greater than the sum of the parts. I have stayed in many hotels, both traveling both for leisure and business - including several years of consulting in which I traveled 100% of the time. Having said that, with many stays to compare the Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 hotel to, I think this is a great hotel with very reasonable pricing for the value and experience you receive.

One last comment - I have read a few reviews about the quality of the Staff's service, condemning them and portraying the service Staff as deficient. I disagree with these characterizations categorically. From my first phone call, through and including the porters (luggage), concierge, front desk, housekeepers, and one manager, everyone, everyone, displayed customer-centric behaviors, clearly interested in being responsive, helpful, polite and courteous to my wife and I.

Parking is a short walk into the parking garage, in an area specifically reserved for the Grande Centre Pointe Terminal 21, within the parking for the shopping mall. This might take - my estimate - about another 2-3 minutes compared to some hotels. When loading or unloading family or luggage, you drive to the front of the hotel and the Porters assist. Not an issue for my wife and I.
