Nothing against this branch of Starbucks in particular, it's the whole chain.
Coffee and other drinks are overpriced compared to many other coffee shops and there's nothing special about their coffee, if anything it's weak and low on caffeine. I had a Mocha the other day cost 140 Baht, but I get almost identical drink (size and quality) down the road at Phufa Coffee for 50 Baht.

Often very crowded and not very clean starbucks. Conveniently located in Terminal 21 shopping mall on M floor, so it's easily accessible by the BTS (Asok station), MRT (Sukhumvit station), bus, taxi. The staff is nice but the layout of the place is not. It reminds a canteen and most tables are very close to each other or you have to share a big table.

This is the worst Starbucks I ever visited, it took one hour before I received my Latte. It is the first time the waiter asked for the ticket before he handed the order (what happened with all customers). The tables were dirty, although not fully packed there seems to be something wrong with the management here

Standard Starbucks franchise inside Terminal 21 mall. This one is consistently busy so finding a seat can be difficult for most parts of the day.

No complaints from me with my usual hot grande cafe latte order which was consistent to expectation Starbucks quality.

Cozy place but bad coffee. Caramel macchiato was watery and a bit burned. Way too pricy for this poor quality.

Good taste, have a place to take a break while walk a lot or waiting for some friends , This price in Thailand better to try another coffee shop
