A new manager and receptionists.. they are so good, kind and very friendly.. cheap for monthly renting.. big pool at roof top and a bar.. still renovating and training for new staffs.. happy to be there with my family.. looking forward to see them again ♥️

This hotel does not even deserve a star. As soon as we got there we were surprised at how spacious it was (we got the 3 room suite) but don't be fooled! Everything was old, dirty and moldy! The walls were peeling, the ceilings and walls had mold, and the carpet and floor were moist and dirty. There were no towels and all the bed sheets had been used! After traveling all day we pulled the sheets back to get in bed and we noticed sweat stains and hair! We checked the other two beds and they too smelled of sweat and had stains! We called down politely 4 times to get towels and new sheets, it took them 2 hours to bring (still wet) towels and change only one of the bed sheets. I called again politely for the rest of the sheet changes and they just kept ignoring my request! I was fed up, the Bangkok heat and all day travel and I still have to deal with this?! No way! I booked another hotel, told the front desk I was disappointed, wanted a refund, hailed a cab and left!

This is a pretty awful place. The bed is hard as rock and I booked a room with a full couch and king bed with flat screen TV. What I got was a run down junk room, no couch, just two chairs pushed together and the flat screen TV? Non existent. This hotel advertises itself as contemporary. The only thing contemporary about it is the kitchen countertop. I generally try to refrain from giving bad reviews, but this was just horrible. Not to mention, the carpets on the floors in the hallways need desperately to be replaced. They're ripping at the seams and the elevator smells of smoke. The room is dark and dingy. You'll strain your eyes to see even with the lights on. Don't consider booking this place if you are looking for comfort or to get the room you've selected. We walked in and walked right out to book at another hotel. Not worth it.

This hotel was dirty coachroach infested. No power in water pressure for shower. AC did not work properly. No restaurant roof pool and bar real poor. Looks good, but way way overpriced and poor service. Billiards in basement was fine, but a real hassle when the girls working there are trying to sale themselves for sex.
Would not stay there again.

Pros:
1) Very competitive pricing. Hard to find a family suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets and living room at such a low price.
2) Staff are friendly and helpful. They will act upon your request almost immediately.
3) There is a family mart 2mins walk from hotel.

Cons:
1) The hotel is quite run down, a lot of the facilities and services are non-existent, such as shuttle bus and the gym. The room card is faulty, so we cannot open our room door without getting the staff to open every single time.
2) The heater in one toilet wasn't working. Some of the lights were spoiled but they were changed immediately upon request. Wooden flooring was a bit damaged due to the age of this place. Bedsheets are a bit stained. Air conditioning is very good though. Toilet is clean and working as well.
3) Location was quite central but inconvenient still as it is not near a BTS.
4) International Breakfast selection was extremely limited, and the breakfast area smells a bit.
5) We stayed on level 2, which was quite clean and maintained. Level 8 was in disrepair though, with some rooms already knocked down, and shrapnels on the corridor floor.

That being said, hopefully the renovation works mean that the hotel will be better in the future.

1. The location is okay. It is not centrally located, so there might be some trouble in commuting.

2. The hotel is pretty much understaffed. So naturally the services are site. Nonetheless the staff is extremely polite, responsive, and instant. This kinda makes up for it.

3. The atmosphere is sinister. Like kind of a dingy cellar. They might have switched off the lights to save on the costs but the result is not what they expected. So if you don't care about the little 30 second walk to your room, then great.

4. The breakfast is terrible in every sense of the word. I have nothing more to say. So don't just book this room thinking that there is free breakfast. It is equivalent to non existent.

5. The hotel rooms are pretty terrific for three price. The room space is so huuuuggggee for their price which negates a little of the above. Only problem is that you have to ask for towels from the receptionist and similarly ask them to clean it. But they do it instantly; so it causes an inconvenience but the price...

6. The hotel has rooftop swimming pool which is open till 4pm. It also has a bar and a generous seating area which gives you an awesome view of the night street. This is the USP of the hotel beside is price.

7. The hotel lies about the fact that it has a gym. In the band of gym it has 2 non functional treadmills and a broken weight lifting machine on the 8th floor which are parked right beside the elevator. So if you are fitness freak then this hotel is a big no-no.

8. The elevators don't seem safe. This is a personal opinion. They might be technically safe but they couldn't let me feel the same way about them.

Overall this hotels USP is its friendly staff and a economical pricing. Don't expect too much from this hotel.

To be honest, booking from Agoda was misleading and breakfast was not included. Multitude of issues when we arrived, mould in the bathroom, ants in the bedroom and the place stank of smoke. Although staff wax helpful and swapped our room for better one, this hotel does not deserve 4 stars it claims. Don't be fooled by the pool on the rooftop, it's surrounded by the bar and gym has a lot to be desired to be called a proper gym. A big No no, don't stay there although location seems OK, still a long walk from closest decent cafe. Don't make the mistake we made, please, go elsewhere...
