I don't normally post negative restaurant reviews, but I feel ripped off after eating here. There was a "raclette buffet" advertised, it cost a fortune, but I thought it would be a unique experience. Unfortunately what we got instead was a plate of mostly boiled vegetables, which we had to order one at a time. There was no "buffet" and you had to wait about 30/40 minutes between orders. Along with this slow service, they had the cheek to implement a 2 hour or so time limit on the "buffet". The waitstaff were rude and surly, and certainly didnt help the situation. Overall a terrible waste of money and an awful dining experience.

* I forgot to mention they also dont include a 10% "service charge" and tax into the listed prices.

Delicious cordon bleu. Pork knuckles needs advance reservation. Polite and helpful staff but very slow service. No car park.

Pathetic portion of goulash beef soup for 260 bahts with 2 tiny slices of bread. Rate is way below average. Stay far away from this place. It’s so disappointing for a food panda delivery

Large hair found in sauerkraut for today's lunch delivery. To be fair, I've ordered from here maybe 15+ times and this is the first issue I've had.

Been looking for a better German restaurant for a while and Alexander's hasn't disappointed me. Bought take-away to eat at home. Schnitzel (with Spaetzle!) and mixed sausages are of good taste and quality (wife didn't like the smell though). Spaghetti Bolognese for kids was great. Mixed salad was OK. Car park at the delivery company next door for THB 40.

Authentic German Food. Gordon Bleu was delicious with Rich cheese and ham filling. Only Singha Beer available for those who don’t want to drink German beer. No car park available. Only motorbike at the kitchen entrance and limited for 5 small motorbikes.

This restaurant have both outdoor and indoor area which feels like eating in the house. It suitable for a couple, family or hanging with friends. They serve a good craft beer and also other variety beverages. Recommended to order chicken menu and sausage if you have no idea. Cheese u0026 Cold for optional side dish. The owner and all staff so nice and good service mind. Next time would like to try dessert as well !!
