Great experience!! It’s amazing dinner forever. We had 18 courses and lots of menus that created by professional chef. In each course, there are concepts and games that we can join with! The taste has spiced and It’s make me feel surprised at first because I have never had eaten Indian foods before. Chef can create the dish interesting and wonderful. In each dish, has decorated with many ingredients that we’ve never expected. It’s amazing when we’re try and guess the ingredients that we have eaten. We are enjoying with food and having a good time with friends!

After meeting Gaggan in Vienna, Austria in 2019 I made it a mission to dine at Gaggan Bangkok. In March 2020 I was fortunate enough to have this opportunity. Ranked no.4 in the world’s 50 best restaurants at the time of dining.

Not everyone will get or understand Gaggan’s food, but for those who are open-minded, those who can appreciate a story behind each dish, and the willingness to have your emotions evoked, this will be a meal of a lifetime.

All I can say is thank you. Thank you to the team, and thank you to Gaggan for sharing your world.

Hands down the most underwhelming food I've ever had by a Michelin chef. I was looking forward to GAGGAN for the longest time when I first heard about it years ago and now this first experience was ruined by mediocre food. The only saving grace was the service staff which did an excellent job. I went for the lunch on 6th Feb with high anticipation. At a cost of $675.95 inclusive of GST for 2 pax, you'll be expecting either simple food done right or high quality ingredients that will blow your mind away.. but no, most of the courses are uninspiring, one-dimensional tasting and cheap ingredients. The only dish that blow my mind was the yoghurt bomb and everything went downhill from there. The rest are as forgettable as the lunch you had yesterday. For the same amount, I can get much higher quality ingredients at other Michelin restaurants like Caviar, Uni and Truffle. Instead, what was served are very cheap ingredients with no creativity or effort to make it taste like Michelin standard.

Texture of the GANDALA bar was deflated and tough to bite. Sea bass broth was mild tasting and lumped with low quality vegetables. The only saving grace was the monkfish liver. A mini pancake with duck meat and curry spices. How is this creative? While it taste good but its definitely not Michelin standard. Breaking point was the noodle. My partner commented to me that this looks like a bowl of mee goreng with small pieces of crabmeat slapped on it. I would have gone to a hawker center if I wanted to eat this dish. Visual point is zero

It feels like the chef has lost his inspiration in Singapore and asked someone else to create the dishes on his behalf. Did I mention that I was charged twice for a bottle of still water when I only had one? I only realize when I got home and saw the receipt

Wow, wow, wow! We had a blast during lunch time enjoying the 9 course creative journey of Chef Gaggan and his crew.
I loved all dishes, hard to pick a favorite.
Staff service is amazing, 6 stars.
Excellent experience. It was really fun to create my own names of the dishes. I loved it!

You know you’re a huge foodie when you book your flights after your restaurant reservations were confirmed! After waiting months, this place did NOT disappoint! This was one of the coolest experiences next to UV in Shanghai. Food was fun and delicious. The chef really worked hard and is very fun and creative! Excellent and well worth the hype!

Thoroughly enjoyed their 25 course meal with wine pairing. It was a lot of delicious food, and every dish with a unique story. Felt more like a theatrical show. There was lots of music and lots of wine. Super fun. Had a fantastic evening with friends.

Great experience. Love the services and staffs (and also stickers) since arrival until we left. They serve 18 courses fusion Indian food here, food quality is good, display is great but the taste a bit under expectation. Like the way guest can interact to create their own menu names using emoji stickers provided. Fun to eat and try. We ordered the mock tails experiences (6 glasses of mocktails) and wine; some are good but overall not recommended, order separately would be better.
