This hotel is very central and well priced. It's very clean and quiet at night as well. All of the hotel staff are kind and friendly. The pool is great! The breakfast is outstanding along with the wonderful service from staff. I would not hesitate to stay here every time I'm in central Bangkok.

We stayed at Dream Hotel for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spotless and well ventilated. Food was delicious and the rooftop pool was very well maintained!
Special thank you to Lek for being so attentive serving us food and making us delicious cocktails and also to Beer for always having the door open for us on arrival and departure!

Awesome hotel, have everything we needed, staff, maids and waiters are super polite, especially Ken - very positive and helpful. If you don’t like closed windows just ask room service - can open no problem. We had a great time, will definitely back again)

Situated a hundred metres off sukhumvit which helps with the noise, a very good hotel that gives you bang for your buck.
I've stayed at dream a few times now and it has not disappointed me, staff are always friendly and willing to help, the hotel and room was clean with a nice feel.
The rooftop pool is ok, the restaurant is decent and does offer a great beef burger, staff at the bar and restaurant were great, cocktails are average.
Can do with iron and iron boards in rooms but they will deliver one to your room which you will need to return after use.
The shower in the Gold room had great water pressure but a small drain so you cannot stay in there very long or you might have water over flowing the lip of the shower.
Still all in all a great hotel that gets you close to it all for a great price

4.5/5: A great hotel with solid amenities, clean spaces, and well-designed rooms.

I enjoyed my stay here! My room, the Gold King Suite, was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The price that I paid per night (around $50) was sensible, as I feel that I got enough value out of the room for that price. I slept quite well in the room, as the bed is very comfy and the pillows are squishy. Picture attached.

One huge positive for me was the lighting! There are ceiling lights, a small chandelier, and even blue lights running through the room. This gave me a lot of lighting options, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Location is a 9/10 for me. If you’re into partying, great! This hotel is right between Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy, so you can walk to either quite easily. 7-11 is close by as well. Unfortunately, the road in front of the hotel doesn’t have a sidewalk, making it uncomfortable to walk on. Also, the restaurants around here are, in my opinion, not that great. They’re overpriced and mostly foreign options. I didn’t leave my home in the West just to eat Western food! This isn’t the hotel’s fault so I won’t be too harsh, but this info is worth knowing should you choose to stay here.

One small negative was that when I checked in, I was taken to a room with a bathtub, instead of the big walk-in shower that the photos displayed. I didn’t even realize there were 2 options; I don’t take baths, so I requested a room change, which was easily fulfilled. I think next time, they should ask customers upon check-in which they would prefer between the two options, as this would save time for everyone involved.

I felt the ladies at the front-desk were curt and rude occasionally when speaking to them. Upon first entering the hotel, instead of a “welcome to the Dream Hotel,” I was instead met with “are you checking in?” in a very annoyed tone. Not a great first impression, sadly. Maybe that’s simply how they talk, but I didn’t like that. Otherwise, the staff here is quite nice. Housekeeping provided me extra towels upon request, which I appreciated, and the hotel arranged a taxi for me to the airport. Again, highly appreciated.

The pool is nice, as well as the restaurant/bar next to it. Great for these hot summers in Bangkok!

Overall, I definitely enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Super service.
Nice rooms
Outstanding employees at every position.

The gym is small, but really good equipment and facilities.

The pool and dining area are also excellent

June 18-20/22 - My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Very accessible, clean with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always smiling and are happy to answer inquiries. Larger than a regular economy hotel in the city. Comfortable large bed and clean bathroom.
The breakfast (included) selections were tasty and fresh, a very congenial wait staff. It's near Asok BTS station. I highly recommend this place for the reasonable price, cleanliness, breakfast menu and accessibility.
