This place is a wonderland. You never know what is going to coming up on your next dish. Each course comes with full attention to detail with great story and unique ingredients. The chef pulls out real flavor from each local and/or imported ingredient quite well to make it Thai's feel while keeping Latvia or Western like dishes. You'll also enjoy art pieces on the wall. Very nice indeed!!

Every single dish is a visual marvel. Imaginative plates and visually creative kitchen fascinate. Unfortunately, the kitchen performance behind is not that great. Some dishes are good, some are not. There are only surprise menus and the hospitality is extremely unprofessional. The prices are higher than in some Michelin Star restaurants.

My 1st experience with Latvian Food , but 2nd experience with Chef Blunos. We really impressed for every single dish. Great presentation and super delicious. Really nice to meet and talk with chef Blunos and chef Alexander. Really warm welcome us. Recommended ❤❤

First time with a baltic cuisine in Bangkok. Everything is amazing. All menu are delicious. Chef Blunos told us about his cuisine inspiration. They have enough parking lots for all guests. Highly recommended.

Amazing food, service and attention to detail. At least worthy of 1 michelin star - better than mant 1 stars in europe. 7/8 dish is impeccable. Perfect blend of european cuisine and thai ingredients. Very creative. Chef is also very personal. Amazing value. Will definitely come back.

Latvian chef Alex shares his heart and soul thru his edible creations. Most dishes are inspired by his home country, Latvia, and in many cases the key ingredients are literally from his home town

We tasted sturgeon caviars that have been harvested without killing the fish. The taste is very clean, and the texture subtler than the Russian-style equivalent

Yogurt is frequently employed to balance the taste of the protagonists of several dishes such as the smoked sardines which serves as the overture after the chef's amuse-bouche , and ceviche of scallops, further down the menu

The highlight for me had to be the elusive and highly prized "secreto" cut of kurobuta pork. The only pity was that the dish was too small!

For those who seek something refined but different from the main stream, you should give Baltic Blunos a try. Paldies Alex!

My wife and I had the privilege to experience Baltic Blunos when we stopped by in Bangkok.

The tasting menu was delicious and captivating with evocative storytelling behind each dish, told passionately by chefs Alex and Martin. An unusual pairing of Latvian cuisine, traditional delicacies and local fresh Thai produce was simply a triumph.

The staff were very warm, welcoming and highly attentive.

The wine pairing was exceptionally good, extending the amazing flavor combinations to another level.

Looking forward to seeing what else the Blunos team are planning for this continuously evolving concept when we return!

Can’t recommend enough to everyone who appreciates fine dining and quality wine with a great story.
