Small branch located in thonglor9. Good deal for the neighbor. Just a few parking in front of the shop. There are 4 story high with a service elevator.

Absolutely overpriced! Be careful! Just saw prosciutto crudo for 1,853 THB per kg (excluding VAT). This product was offered in one piece-not sliced. Excatly the same product and brand cost in wholesale 796 THB per kg (excluding VAT). Every price higher that 30% of wholesale is a rip off. Makro adds almost 133% on top.

Pathetic. Makro is absolutely pathetic these days.

We ordered online from Makro and it took 2 weeks for the delivery to arrive (which we would understand in a pandemic). But when we got the order, less than half of what we ordered actually came.

Let me repeat that so it sinks in. We ordered from Makro online. It took two weeks. Less than half of the order came. We waited 2 weeks for food to arrive and half of it never showed up.

And because of that, I had to bike across a few neighborhoods to go to Makro in person.

Google Maps says they open at 6:00 AM. A huge sign in their parking lot says they open at 6:00AM. But, they have conveniently decided to not open until 7:00AM and not inform anyone other than having a tiny little sign near the front door.

Are you serious? What year are you living in, 1840? If you are going to make a change to your opening hours, change your signage, change your online presence. Don’t put a little note up next to your door that is only visible to walk-up patrons. How lazy can you get?

And when I was complaining to the workers there and showing them all the contradictions mentioned above, they just shrugged their shoulders like this was the most normal thing in the world. Shocker.

For the last few years, Makro has been a lifeline for us.

Now, their operation, their reliability, their efficiency…is truly pathetic.

Meats are uncovered ..not hygenic..attract insects and flies..shoukd be covered with cold temperature ...also uncovered makes that section smell bad

Elected Worst Makro in town, you have zero sense of service, the staff is absolutely unprofessional except the Burmese guy who is very helpful. Because of him you have 2 stars rather than 1. Only one casher today, 20 mn to wait, some mistakes on the price tags. A nightmare. MAKRO you deserve more than this!

By far the worst Makro I’ve been to. The first floor is so packed. Flies are everywhere, and all the meats are laying there in open air. All packages in the freezers are slippery and oily. The other floors were alright.
