Highly recommended. I like the fact that this hotel is classy/tasteful, yet relatively low profile. The location is fantastic, in the Thonglor area, and rooms are cozy and clean. Modest but pleasant/comfortable pool, gym and restaurant facilities. But perhaps most outstanding is its staff, attentive and accommodating, responsive and helpful. The professionalism and hospitality of people like Jay and the dedication and service of staff like Mon really make a big difference.

Wow! The hotel is clearly suffering from COVID still as some of the maintenance on the facilities was lacking a bit, but the amazing people that work here definitely make up for that. Besides this, the gym was very nice, the showers at the gym had a sauna, pool with a nice view, beautifully designed rooms, good beds and delicious breakfast. Stayed for one night before our flight home and it was 100% worth it!

We stayed here 3 nights including Test and Go package. The test and go package was seamless and couldn’t have been easier. The hospitality of the team at Akyra was fantastic. The rooms were exceptional and the daily breakfast at the Otto was superb. They had a great range of breakfast options (made to order) , we particularly enjoyed the fresh juices and the eggs Benedict. Room service was prompt and efficient , however they could have had a more extensive room service options. A great stay!

The room is quite spacious, but you can notice that it’s neglect, the parquet is scraped. The service is correct, but no water heater in the room. Dining-in is not always available, you can ask for it once per stay, with charge of course. With the price you pay, you definitely can find somewhere much better.

I stayed five nights here. Excellent service from staff. Room is clean and HUGE. Almost like too big, lol. Like the hotel room felt like it used to be an condo that got coverted to hotel room.

Location is great if you like the hustle and bustle of thong lo with lots of late night eats, bars, massage and coffee.

Hotel is a bit far from BTS: a good 12 minute walk, but the hotel will often provide shuttle service.

I’d give these guys 10 stars if I could.
For someone who stays, practically lives in hotels, this is the best I’ve ever seen in terms of how the hotel/rooms look vs service.

Rooms are spacious, pool is nice, staff is ultra friendly and helpful. When I checked in I couldn’t connect to the internet in the lobby, they sent someone up to the room just to make sure it worked to connect.
Refreshments available in the lounge. Breakfast was great!
Service was super fast and the staff are so friendly and tentative to the guests.
It’s a short 15 min walk to sukhumvit. But around the hotel you can find many restaurants, bars, massage, Starbucks etc.

If I ever go back to bangkok, I’m staying here!

Very nice and cozy hotel. Really feels like a home when you stay here.
The location is in trendy thong lo where you have a lot of restaurants and other stuff very close to you.
